Engine running?

agreed with jaikai the heater matrix has probally been disconnected to stop heat coming in or because the matrix leaks.

Have you checked your engine temp?. First sign of hg faililure is no warm air from blower.

how does that work? :s

Because the hot water goes thro the engine instead of thro the heater matrix and air gets into the system and airlocks the heating system( at least thats how it was explained to me)

its possible that the cable on your matrix valve may have come adrift . it could be stuck in the closed position not allowing any hot water through the matrix
