Im sure most are aware of TwinZ rear bumper with built in diffuser, available through Z1.

They have recently announced the launch of a bolt-on diffuser for the stock rear bumper !!

Their complete bumper with diffuser design is nicer, as it sits lower than the stock design...but this would be cheaper option (inc lower shipping presumably)

No prices or release date yet, and unfortunatly its currently SWB only but there is bound to be enough demand for a LWB version.

What we really need is a UK dealer to become a supplier for TwinZ, just as Z1 are in the U.S

They have rear bumpers, diffuser, spoiler and nose panels available now.

hehehe

Im sure this could be modified to fit a LWB, i cant see it being a problem for a competent body shop, i id have no problem with buying it for a body shop to give it ago.

Yowser, think the reason there isnt a twinz distributor is they got bitten in the UK last time. also the export costs didn't make it financially viable as no one wanted to buy a rear bumper that costs £800

I had discussions with them several years back about becoming a dealer on behalf of a company i was working with, but costs were high at the time and there was a lot of negotiating, but then zcentre went and copied their design and it all went downhill.

That was with their front bumper design, but since the launch of the rear bumper/diffuser they have been looking for a UK distributor, but nobody has come forward. They will not deal with Zcentre for obvious reasons.

I've asked them about group buys, but they really want a reliable Distributor instead.

Dream on..........

There will be a substantial amount of money needed up front to become a UK distributor.

As soon as they were available here someone like Luke at Z Centre or Dave/Car Mad would buy one and start ripping off cheapo copies.

Result.... failed business for the Distributor.

Agreed, carbon fibre just looks tacky... :hurl:.. IMO of course. :euro:

i cant see carbon fiber going out of fashion either to be honest, its used in racing so there will always be carbon bonnets and the like available for road use as well.
