i posted a pic some time ago of a filthy bedsit, the old guy very rarely lets us in but he has now done a moonlight and now it's time to clean it up

 

my boss wanted to rip this basin out and replace, i said "give me ten mins and it will be gleaming"

 

the brown mark's are actually lime from where he pissed in the basin and didnt wash it afterwards, came up well

worse at time's mate, cleaned a room the other day and the dirty fooker pissed in cups and bowl's and so forth and left them lying all over

 

wouldnt care but the building's are spotless and have got praise from everyone that enter's them including the local council who moniter them

Alan throw all that stuff in the bin and just get a bottle of spirits of salts around £2.00 a bottle (southern price might be cheaper up north) and will make that job so easy pour it on leave it wash it of and same result

Only problem that sometimes happens is that it takes the chrome of cheap waste fittings

just had a fantastic WC blockage to clear today and if there is enough interest will post up a picture of it around lunch time tommorrow for you all

the chrome is gone of the waste already, we bulk buy the cleaning gear so doesnt cost much, also the stuff we use can be used all a lot of material's, the stuff your on about we have to be carefull not to burn

 

and as for the marigold's, i use asda multi purpose rubber gloves lol

no probs mate, the one's in the communal area look like they have hung of the ceiling to have a crap, there is usually more on the floor. wall's and seat than in the actuall toilet
