Its something that bugged me for a while, I've driven past loads of 350z's when I've been out in my 300zx, they dont flash, wave, nod or even acknowledge as I'd expect them to. Do they not understand the heritage and previous history to how their car came about? :2guns:

You lot really boil my piss sometimes. I don't think you could get more up yourselves even if you wanted to and I cannot believe how attitudes have changed over the years. I suppose BMW drivers are all cnuts as well and don't know anything about anything. You had better get rid of the M3 Stellaz.

I own a 350 and I have owned a 300. I always wanted a 300 from being a teenager but could never afford it. If I had space on my drive I would get another 300 or maybe get a 370 instead, anyway it's only another sports car isn't it.

Its all a bit of fun Chris the pic I put up was at a local show and the owner of the 350z did the writing himself. I love the 350 and the 370z great cars and I am shure the drivers are spot on to. Hows your 350z going Chris?

The 350 has some really good points.

Good

1. Brilliant 6 speed gear box

2. Excellent braking (brembos)

3. Good handling, well mine has anyway.

4. Good power delivery

Bad

1. Enterior / exterior build quality is utter crap

Lets hope the 370z has fixed the bad points:thumbup1:

Hi Gary,

Mine is OK, still miss my 300 though. The problem I have is that whenever I get in the car, I can't help putting my foot down so I spend half my life avoiding speed cameras.

One time there was an office in the bushes completely hidden in the middle of a dual carriagway!

The power delivery is just so much different from the 300 but it is still there in spirit and good for a n/a.

Lets hope the 370z has fixed the bad points:thumbup1:

I do hope so. I went to fill up and you just have to touch then button to open the filler but when I touched it I completely pushed it through so it was unusable. I spent the next 30 minutes in the footwell trying to re-assembe the fooker.

When you have the power its hard to not use it all, when I am in the BMW I drive like a grandad but when I am in the 300 I revert to a teenager lol

Hey Steve, I'm not too bad my friend. I hope you are well and all is going OK.

I pop in here quite often but I dont tend to post a lot unless I am interested in something particular or if someone gets my back up! LOL.

I guess I should get another 300, must admit this one looks really nice http://www.300zx.co.uk/forums/showthread.php?t=150915 A credit to the owner and the club.

I do love to follow Bantambunny's V8 project as well. JD did a brilliant conversion as well, then again JD would.

I think they probably dont wave back because the 300 is just a cheap old car owned by mostly Chavs these days, which gives the 350 owners the moral high ground.

But hey what do I know, I am just a BMW driving CNUT who does not know where my indicators are

I was joking by the way :tt2:

Its true though....well mostly true in that its probably what a lot of 350z owners think.....and somewhat true in that its partly the reality. :(
