Been a while since one of these polls were done.

 

As these cars are getting older and petrol prices so high, curious to know if people are shifting more to having them as Weekend/2nd cars, rather than Daily drivers.

 

Daily Driver/Commuter ?

Weekend toy/2nd car ?

Fiesta is my daily runner and zed for weekend/toy or large ornament at the min :lol:

I used to have a 400bhp R32 GTR as my daily driver, 40 miles a day minimum and about £80 in fuel at the weekends lol. And had a TT 300zx at the same time! :lol: and a mk1 fiesta sat in the garage :whistling: If I had known what house prices was going to do then things would have been very different :( :taz:

Had it 6 years now bud and where i get little time to drive it now im getting to the stage where i dont miss driving it anymore.

the zed was my daily driver, but now she only really comes out of the garage on the weekends. i use my trusty rocco for work now.

My zeds a daily drive, with its previous running problems was costing me £120 from my house to Gatwick, but should be better now its running right. but i drive in at really strange hours so the roads are empty

 

and;

empty roads + 300zx = smiles all the way, :biggrin:

Daily drive for me and has been for the past 9 years!! Do use the missus Puma tho for longer journeys tho!

Daily driver for me, some days I love it and others I hate it!

It was a weekend toy, but my situation changed so I had to cut back to one car. Tough choice, Zed or old Skoda?

 

So now it's my daily driver. Although working from home means I don't do much mileage.

Only wish I could afford another car (or fit another one on the drive)... then again I would most likely get another Z...

I'm mostly on the motorway and I couldn't think of anything better to use there... :D

Weekend toy here, no way could I afford the juice as a DD (its measured in smiles per gallon when I can run too it, which atm isn't often cos I keep buying things for her :whistling:)

I wouldn't fit all 3 kids and the missus in anyhow :lol:
