Too bloody much, there is no need for petrol to be the price that it is, it's a disgrace, I think we pay more than anyone else for fuel. The American's wouldn't put up with it, but of course, our wonderful government made any fuel protests ilegal, so yet again our rights in a supposed democracy have gone out the window........:ban::no:

That's very true, just as soon as someone in government realises it's another source of income tax.....lol :blushing:

Lol......you hit the nail on the head there........:smash:

They would get found out because it would start to appear on there expences!!!

I was going to start a thread tonight on this very subject as I have just put in £52.50 and it is only a smidging above halfway on the gauge :crying:

I might try next time to get in £100 on the one fill up - don't think that will be a problem :surrender:

It's fantastic what the MP's can claim for on their expenses claim forms isn't it?......:clown:

I'm dreading my next fill up, won't get very far on a fiver now.....lol :clown:

£72 to fill up mine and I get about 270 mile from it

270 Miles?! I'm an N/A too, this is my very first tankful, but I think I'll be lucky if I see 200 at this rate.

So far it seems I get about 60 miles per £25. So about 200 miles on a tank I'd estimate. No real motorway driving though.

I can smell some fuel odour around the rear though, first time tonight, so concerned I have leakage.

spend happy labour govement x too many none-produces x over populated island = a country on the verge of borrowing meltdown:sad:

remedy...tax the fvk out of the ones who are still able to spend and use retail as the main weapon as this is all this country has left:mad2:

Sad but true mate. But, fuel aside, at least increasing VAT is better than increasing income tax and/or national insurance. With tax and NI we have no choice but to pay as it comes straight out of our earnings regardless. As opposed to VAT, where we still have the choice whether or not to buy certain stuff and control where we spend our hard earned.....:ninja:

Plus, on the upside, those freeloading scroungers who have never paid a penny in income tax don't get off scott free this way. They will have to pay the extra VAT on their tabs, White Lightning and track-suits........

Just a thought......:shaun:

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

LOL very true Richard and the bit in red had me in stitches:lol::lol::lol:

Filled up me 4x4 last week, already had 1/4tank diesel in and still cost me £90. I do 300miles a week just to get to and from work.

At this rate it really wont be worth going to work, will have more available money if i wa on dole!!!!!!!!

gotta disagree there with you Richard, VAT disproportionately hits those on a lower income - including those of us who work VERY hard for a low wage which this government are planning on freezing. I totally agree that this refusing because your better off on benefits culture must end, but spare a thought for us poor b@stards who decided to take a career in the public sector eh? Lol

You have to be more careful where you fill up:D
