Been working on the LED conversion for the rear lights over the weekend and before I go any further with it I need some opinions on what would look best on the radius part of the light segments.

no problem mate i cant even remember how much it was lol. Glad you got it ok.

email us your addy, dirtytudor @ hotmail.co.uk

was 2.50 on the envelope mate, will send it ya now, no probs...

just another thought mate, how about just selling the boards? i can get any leds, resistors etc. for free through my dads company, he's an electronics engineer, i used to work with him :) might come across as cheeky, but as long as you are making money on em!

I don’t mind supplying the boards (there are six in all 4 LED boards and 2 controller boards). TBH most of the work is in making the boards and most people can solder anyway. There are no static sensitive parts in the Assy the only thing you have to watch is which way the LED's go round. Its very time consuming but the results are worth it.

good stuff matey, the boards and a list of components would be ideal for me, keep us all posted pal, top work...

Would everyone interested in buying these rear light LED units in kit form please can you put your names down so I can get some idea of numbers and put a price together. Maybe I can get a discount from my suppliers for bulk ordering the components.

Hope that makes sense

thanks mate

LED's and a V8 nice lol :thumbup1::thumbup1:

lol, not overly keen on pulling apart a set of mint 99 spec lights to install the boards but it would really modernise the car and go with the look i'm trying to get :D

Looks very nice.

How did you 'chrome' the pcb's?

Do you have a price for these kits yet?

Like I said if I can get rough idea how many kits I might be making I can work out a price from that.

Anybody putting their name down now would not be under any obligation to buy.
