Well I finally bought a deep-dish steering wheel to replace my rather mundane looking Tomei one... Its not fitted yet as the allen key bolt heads in the old wheel are knackered, but I offered it up to the dash - what do you think? I love it :tt1:

I dunno what size it is? doesn't seem that big? its not off a bus or anything?

I must be getting old, i prefer the standard wheel to any aftermarket one i have seen. :wheelchair:

That does look like you will get a good grip with that suede type finish though, and the red stitching compliments the red on your knob.

Kinda agree. Some of the old-skool after market wheels look ubber cool though.

I have one of these waiting for a bit of reconditioning before it gets fitted. :)

haha its getting there, slowly becoming a far cry from the factory-standard model it was last year!

I don't like 'chavvy' ripspeed silver/blue/red etc steering wheels, but the deep dish suede wheel is a style I've wanted for ages so thought I'd make a purchase :) Also JimmyTT's wheel reinforced my 'want' for one. The gearknob isn't staying, it just happened to be the one that was fitted when I took the picture lol.

If I get my new seats then the puzzle will all fit together nicely

Very nice indeed. OMP do some very nice motorsport accessories. This is a classic 3 spoke with holes in spokes.

the suede finish gives it that modern "motorsport look."

Im not personally keen on the "contrasting stitching" look but thats probably cos Im a boring old fart:tt2:

Not sure I like what you have done to your dash!!

Love the wheel though! What does everyone do with the CC controls? Ditch or relocate?
