I removed mine and went with a DAB set up and the aerial was stuck to the inside of the front screen.

move it to your rear washer yet.

I was thinking that as im going to remove the rear wiper so it wont be needed plus it is a hole to get from inside the car to outside

Think there is an alternative aerial in the rear screen, the cable should be behind the radio slot.

Im about to do this, got rid of the flag pole leccy aerial and smoothed the hole. going to use the rear washer jet hole.

does the tailgate have to come off to get the washer jet off?

My old jdm had the arial removed and had a metal blanking plate bolted in to cover the hole. The plate looked as though it was an oem item, so maybe nissan offered this an option??

Z32 has 2 antennas. One being the main electric driven aerial on the rear offside quarter and the rear screen demister. You can use the existing connector that runs to your head unit. This is a 2 wire connector and you can get adaptors for most head units. The original cables and connector run to both aerials. You can do away with the antenna and still get reasonable radio reception through the rear screen areal.
