That's more like it Si - I love them....

.....if you have the spare funds then go for it. I would!

Richard:cool3:

Dammit! I've just shelled out for a trans atlantic flight and a whole bunch of other stuff.

Often JDM fitment BBS LMs for sale on Japanese Yahoo auctions. BUT, these are a nice fitment. 19" as well. Ubber cool! They'll appear again! But this is where it's at!

It'll happen. Wanted these wheels ever since I bought my Z. Shame that they are some of the most expensive wheels you can buy! New ones really don't justify the price vs the value of the car.

Will see how the price goes and go from there.

go for it, offsets are good as well, just run a spacer on the front and it'll be bang on.

I had to buy 2 sets of TE37's to get the sizes I wanted (only available in staggered sets) so jump at the chance when you can

Never mind Si, there's nothing wrong with the wheels you already have! You know - when I said "that's more like it" I meant that I could see the link to them and not just a random auction site!!

I do love those BBS wheels though - but personally I would stick with 18 inche rims. The way a 300zx eats tyres, I'd hate to be shelling out for 19 inch rubber every few months!!

I have something to say............ It's better to burn out than to fade away..... :tt2:

Dude....have you seen how many miles my car's done this year? '0' and it did about 2,000 last year! LOL. I put new tyres on it 2 years ago and they are barely 1/2 worn! LOL

19" only for me for the LMs. They have a graduated lip, so 19s look spot on for that style of wheel on something as big as the 2+2 Z32.

I've got enough to buy them, I just need to make sure I have the cash to pay for all my stuff for the US. South Africa cost me quite a bit of money as well!

LOL - then definitely go for it Si - that's not so bad then! I reckon I get about 6-7k miles from the rears; so on your usage that's at least 3 years:sorcerer:

PS I can't believe I put an "e" on the end of "inch" what was I thinking......:whistling:

I put it down to a bit of ye olde English verse! So don't worry! ha!

I think it might be time to get in touch with my friend at Wheelchoice in California and see what the cost of shipping will be on those babies! Can't imagine it'll be cheap!

I'd also want to jump up a size, tyre width wise. So would need a 255 and 285 respectively.

Yeah, they'll be forsale! Had PMs about them already and I haven't even advertised them!

I just saw this thread and am feeling a little silly about GIVING a set of these wheels to Mark (Topless) They were free to anyone who would collect. They needed a refurb but even so !!!!! DOH !!!!!:ohmy::ohmy:

Holy shit, YOU gave a way 2 grands worth of wheels!!!! :sweatdrop:

I prefer the ones you already have Si

Must admit Simon, I agree with Car.Mad.

I also prefer the ones you have. BBS ones are a wee bit cheapish looking.

Sorry to offend mate, just my 2p`s worth.

I would deffo stick with your present ones, than the BBS.

Put the hard earned cash to a colour change to blue matey !:cool2:

Alan..........

Mate I've re-read this thread over and over and I fear you may be right ! He was keen to pick them up and I did make it conditional on also taking 4 j-spec wheels with Yokohama tyres that were filling up my garage at the time and he didnt seem to object !!!

Mark if you read this make me feel better and tell me they were scrap and you had to throw them away.......

Alan..........

That's the first time I've heard ANYONE say BBS look cheap! LOL Each to their own, but never heard that before...besides, they are a similar design to mine. Most people say the LMs are some of the highest looking quality wheels you can get.

they are one of the most expensive/high quality looking wheels you'll see in person. Thats why I love them so much.

Apoligies if offended guys, but not my cuppa !

As said, each to their own ! Maybe the pics of the ones Si fancies dont do them justice ?

I has BBS on my very first Zed, obviously different from Si`s choice and didnt care for them much then either ?

Not affended in the least mate. Just never heard anyone come out with that about them looking cheap. LOL.

Here's a better pic of the LMs. :)

There are a lot of wheels of similar style to the LM, and quite a few copies too.....but its when you see them in person that you can appreciate the quality difference rather than in pics I feel.
