Yay! Finally got me a Z :)

Woop!!!! Just bought this off a nice chap from round Midsomer Norton way, a nice white 1992 uk spec:

It does have an intermittant high idle and a small patch of rust on the inner rear wheel arch drivers side, right at the bottom of the skirting. Hope to get these rectified once I've sold my Calibra (that I've had for 5 years and shall sorely miss).

    That's very nice indeed. For me, you just need the 99 lights at the rear and it's sorted, very nice.

    Thanks all! Nothing big planned, the wheels need a bit of a refurb but I might change them as the previous owner said he was quite surprised at how quickly these had deteriorated. AFAIK he was after something more open top/convertible, he did remark that he wasn't sure what he'd do without it though!

     

    Unfortunately only got space for one car in Leicester at the moment so she's parked safe and sound down in Somerset :) Got a bitch of a software project due end of Nov too so time is tight at the moment for doing things other than working, need to do a few bits to my Calibra before I can sell it. Dammit!!!

    Could be why he wasn't asking too much for it! Theres a bit of red beneath the white paintwork on the boot, he said that it used to be red ... could be blood?! :rofl:

     

    Aye they're very nice in white (although I would say that ;)), statistically safer too, apparently. Bonus!

    Yep 99 rear lights are probably the only things I am planning on adding, along with some USB/Bluetooth enabled audio. Might change to a 99 spec front bumper, but that might mean having to address the mottled finish on the skirting, so might not. We'll see!
