42 years old & I can't wipe my arse anymore (graphic pictures)

Thought I'd post an update on my rear end as I cleaned it up a bit!!

I removed the wiper and squirter as you may have seen.

 

I have since decided to ditch the grommet idea for the rear screen and instead have used Tiger Seal.

 

All I did was place some tape underneath the tailgate to sop the tiger seal from dripping through, injected the tiger seal into the hole in a thin layer and allow to set. The next day i removed the tape from underneath then layered some more seal into the hole, this time strengthening it with a metal plate to give rigidity. The following day I filled in some more so that the seal was proud of the screen and then, whilst it was still wet, took a stanley knife blade and dragged it across the top of the hole giving a flush finnish. The end result is a very clean fill in black with almost (but not quite) the same shine as the glass.

    I'll be there but not sure if the zed will make it as I'm loosing power though the gearbox (auto) at the moment.

    the reverse light isnt a MOT failure , you do not need one, but you will be advised
