i allways send my work estimates..invoices..ect via email to customers and use microsoft word, i get a phone call this afternoon from a customer who has just recieved an estimate plus...wait for it!!!! every single file in my computer including every log file and programe file:eek::eek:..how the fvk has this happened??? he has assured me he has deleted the lot which it took him 9 mins to download it was that big

i doubt you send everything as it would take hours for him to download it and your email would time out before it sent, what email service do you use? you should only be able to attach 1 file at a time and not be able to attach a folder which is what it sounds like you have done??

Sounds like you have attached a drive instead of a file? But as said before, I can't see how it is possible to e-mail something so large!

Shoould be in the sent folder so you can double check what you've sent.

you dont have that save files thing with virgin do you? just a thought, i didnt take them up on that offer.
