Bought stenorth's silver slicktop, needs a few bits and bobs doing to make mint but nothing too bad, runs sweet.

 

Planned niggles to sort out:

 

Full service

Wheels aligned

Good clean inside and out

Need spare wheel

Need boot trim (under carpet hard board)

Set up boost controller

Refit front wings

Fill and spray tiny holes in sills

 

Planned mods are:

 

99 spec front bumper

99 spec rear lights

Different alloys.

Upgrade brakes

Upgraded stereo and speakers

Poss fit coilovers

Fit bigger rad and oil cooler

Fit bovs and hardpipes

Fit fuel line kit

Poss change interior

 

So nothing major, just changing the appearance ;) also got to keep the wife happy so not allowed to spend to much money LOL

I love those wheels. I reckon if i'd of bought that i would of got a stillen lip on it, some skirts and smoothed the rear and kept as is. Really love the look of that car :)

if i dont get much for the wheels i will keep them as they are worth decent money, i think maybe a 99 spec rear spoiler would set it off along with the 99 spec front and lights?

Well i don't like the table spoilers so 99 sounds a damn fine idea to me. :D

are we taking bets on how long it is before mike has spent nearly 30k on this car and has it half stripped and sold for parts, i saying 20 weeks 10-1 odds lol

keeping it simple and trying to sell bits to fund other bits :D

good stuff mike... must be nice to be back in a zed. id keep the wheels even if you buy some new ones... be handy to stick some r888's on if you ever decided it would be a good idea to blat it round a track ;)
