Wet bum later, went to zed world for some targa blinds (and he had blue ones to match my spec :xxx:). Good old Jeff and Jamie also sorted my leak out so thanks guys you are true gents.

What did they do to sort the leak?

Take the targa off, look for the split in the rubber and use some Sealeant to fill in the slice, let it set then replace Targa... Job done :)

Well thats how i sorted mine out anyways :)

I've just replaced the two rubbers on the edge of the targas (at top of each window) & the leak is as bad as ever. Is it possible to fit the rubbers wrongly? They are defo on the correct sides! The leak appears to be where the targa meet the top of the roof. Any ideas??

yeah thats where most leaks seem to come from i think mate? Dont know how this will be corrected.

I tried mounting the targas on mines and pulling them to a slight angle to close the gap before, work for a while.lol.

everywhere mate. applied all along joins just to be sure at it worked a treat.

There are a block of rubber near the drain hole. Lift that and seal under the rubber block. Then treated the rubber seal all round with a chemical which exspands the rubber to create a better seal.

and make sure the above is blown clear with compressed air

Do you seal the rubber block down with Sikaflex or similar, or just use copius amounts of Captain Tolley's. Sorry if I appear thick but these leaks are a pain in my wet arse!
