Right, I'm a slight bit closer to going for a full window transplant (JDM bronze to UK green).

 

Now, the T-tops have a stippled effect finish on the underside of the glass. It appears to have a similar grade of tint to the windows. Is UK t-top glass different to JDM t-top glass in terms of tint?

 

If it is, can the t-tops be swapped over to a UK car? I understand they are of slightly different design, but can't remember if just using the UK t-top glass on a JDM car would cause fitment problems?

Si i do not think the UK ones fit a jap spec but feel free to call in to mine, and when you do try and bring some black paint for my pillars:tongue::p

think the targa the same, its just the glass and that bit of trim thats different.

I don't think there is a difference between JSpec and Euro Spec as far as the T-Top fitting is concerned. And as you only want the glass anyway, the fittings would be swapped over!

Uk glass has a slight blue tint, the glass tops are a swap, but jap spec targa blinds DO NOT FIT, as on the UK glass has a peice of rubber bonded to the glass.

UK Targa blinds are smaller..

Si, can I ask why you are changing the glass in the first place?.. Is it just for the colour?
