Hmmmm, with the right supporting mods, yes. Not on my car, but if I was to do another project...bayside blue, then escort racing front bumper and 99-spec HIDs would be a definite cert!

I've seen the bonnet and headlight panel and that's probably the ONLY aftermarket bonnet I've seen for the Z that looks good. ChrisC had one on his and it look fantastic. He's gone for another one now and it doesn't look half as nice.

I've seen it on a couple of zeds and it looks lurvvvvvly :D It really needs the matching nose panel to make it complete IMO.

 

Need the time to prep it, paint it and fit it now lol. :cool:

@Baz but im sure by the time you would have sorted the turbo out that £800 car will be around £2000+ total with all the cost etc?

 

I have the bits ready to fit, me and my mate like tinkering so we will be fixing it up ourselves, therefore not incurring ghastly labour charges! :)

 

Believe me, if I wasn't in that position I wouldn't have bought it - I would have stopped without a zed for longer and saved up, but at the mo thats not that easy. :(

funny enough i was looking to buy that exact Zed you bought. but the cost was just abit to much for me to put right

They store all there cars and take them to shows IIRC

I have a set of targa roofs lying around.......its in a dark blue tho TK3 colour.

Let me know if you are going to e-mail mate. If not i could sent an e-mail through offering a drivers side targa roof for hammond and send it away to them.

Im up for it, could even stick the 300zx.co.uk logo on it before sending.

I have sent a message asking if it would be ok to send a targa roof to richard in return hoepfulyl for a mention on the show and possibly some signed goodies that i thought we could auction off on hear and the money raised going towards a charity.
