Thought I'd share a few changes to the Z.

I have to chop this up in chuncks since it won't allow more than 10 pics per post - NUTZ!

Mosy of you may remember that two weeks ago I got my new shoes (Dunlop Direzza's), and last thursday I had my LaBree (Sebring Tuning) resonators installed.

Well yesterday I got busy (read got off my lazy ass) and did a bunch of installs and today I had the near final touched done.

Of course I had to install new 350Z rotors as well along with some new AMS 350Z Carbon Ceramic Pads.

And I have this guy to thank for help making all of this happen;

Vuk Zivic

He and Kevin put a lot of hours in today (Saturday) to get me ready for ZDAYZ. Where else does the owner come in on weekends to help out a fellow Z'er? I think Vuk was pretty pumped about his new product too. It showed in how meticulous he was in prepping the coilovers prior to install. I think we took the wheels off no less than 6 times to finally get it to just the right set-up and configuration. Vuk was not going to let me leave until it was perfect. And to top things off just before I was ready to make the 2.5 hour drive home, my + battery cable crapped out on me. In a flash, Vuk was on top of it and had it sorted in short order. You just don't see that kind of dedication any more.

Kudos to Vuk and Kevin at AMS for going the extra mile - THANKS GUYS!!!

...

As always John, your car looks suuuuuper-f'kin-dooper! Well built and thought out car!

Vuk did some cool work for you too.

^^^ Thanks Si.

I have you mostly to thank for that.

And you'll be 100% responsible if I end up installing an Ionicdynamics 99/00 spoiler next winter. :)

Why thank you my friend!....and...yeah yeah yeah! Get it fitted! ;)

Will I be graced with its presence at Z nats? You still planning on going? I'm 75% set....few things to sort out.

Oh ya, I'm going for sure. I've got my time off from work booked already.

I think the biggest thrill for me will be the biggest Z roadtrip/caravan I've ever heard of.

The day after Z Nationals in (near Atlanta Georgia) Sunday we form up to take a two day drive to San Antonio Texas for ZCon (probably the largest gathering of all makes of Z's and attended regularly by MR K himself for numerous years) which lasts for almost a week.

The Caravan from Z Nationals to ZCon will make it's Sunday night stop-over in New Orleans. I can just imagine nearly a hundred (wishfull thinking) Z's travelling together. Z1 Motorsports is sponsoring the roadtrip too, leading the pack with a very nicely modded 370Z.

^^Thanks Si

I just got my second disc from one of the pro photographers from The Tail of The Dragon.

I'll have to upload those ones too. :)

Yeah I heard they are planning a big one with some meet up points for all the other caravans down the east coast to Carrollton. I'll be driving in with Steve from Memphis in his 350 which will be good.

I was in San Antonio last year with Greavous. Shame I haven't got more time as I'd love to join you guys at Zcon too. San Antonio Z club is like the biggest chapter in Texas I believe.

I know next or the year after i want to ship my car over there and go Z meets and events, that would be a dream :)
