Hi guys. Got my UK clocks through today! Well happy.

 

Dug out my DTA dial surrounds and offered them up. I like them, but I also like the clean look of stock clocks. Before anyone says, I am not fitting indiglo or white dial faces.

 

What would you do?

For anyone who would like to know what the rings look like with white dials, these are mine. Sorry about the quality, but I was having reflection problems while trying to take it :D

 

i like the surrounds m8. gives it that quality classic sports car look.

its not overstated and yet still has the bling factor.

 

Whilst I too like the stock look; I reckon with your LED back-lighting that Mental may be right (apart from using the word bling:p). It does give the quality sports car look, brings the dash a bit more up to date but does not have the tacky "stuck-on" factor.

The only reason why you a doubt them si is because they are new to the eye but you will very soon get use to them :)

All fitted and driven the car with them. Look pretty decent. Kinda happy with them.

I bought mine off Danny prolly about 6 months ago, so i would imagine you can still get them :D

They aren't on DTA or Smithys anymore. I am sure they are though.

Well TBH i never saw them or searched for them on either site, i just knew what i wanted and asked lol :D

 

Either way like you say i'm sure Danny still sells them.

Looks pretty good with your interior and matches the other shiney bits, compliments it well.

 

Off topic but where did you get your panels retrimmed and how much did it cost?
