excuse my ignorance fellas...... but will a 265/30 rear tire stretch to accomadate a 10" wheel...any guidance welcome...current wheel 9":o

Yes.....it will stretch safely up to a 10.5 inch rim

The current 9 inch rim is the recommended minimum, 10.5 the recommended max.

10 inch should be bang on!

As above. 265 will look awful on a 10" wheel. 285 is ideal. I run 275 on a 9.5" rear.

yes it would fit... and dependant on the wheel and tyre.. it would look like this...

these are 19x10 rears with a +33 offset. as you can see if he didnt have the stretched tyres on it (265/35/19) it would foul the arch, so it really depends on your wheels offset

Good to know that size fits. Mine look a little stretched and i hate it. our cars and other alike need chunky tyres.

 

I need new ones next week :(
