put a bid in for a boot blind won it for 99p after a week no sign so emailed the guy was told sorry wife did not post it would you like money back so i said thats ok just send it this week today had money back sorry but blind damaged so cant send is that bad luck or what so now have to look again

should contact ebay and report not selling forpaid amount. if its listed with no reserve then it has to be sold at the price it reaches

I have learnt from 99p start bids, it has cost me more money to send them than they sold for more than once

Some people just don't play buy the rules.

Starting prices and reserves are there for a reason.

 

If someone bids on the item with no reserve and wins the seller has to sell that item for tha price.

 

Ebay his arse and leave negative feedback once e-bay are informed. They will either ban his user or issue him with a warning. They won't go legal over 99p unfortunately unless the item is deemed to be worth much more in terms of hundreds of pounds.

 

The problem is that it has now cost you money to recieve the money back from him in terms of a refund or do you not get charges for refunds ?

its down as maellea19 the boot cover was down as in good condition so dont know how it got damaged but had know reply to my email i sent to him saying whats the damage but i just had a felling that i was not going to get this when it went so cheap the refund is on hold so not had it yet
