I just started wondering after reading so many posts on how to fix this n that, whats this noise, wheres me performance gone, me pistons are coming out me exhaust,nasty smoke filling the street etc etc, how many of us have a zed that is running mint, surely some of them run well and go like f@@@k, i realise that it would be a boring forum if it were just full of posts like, "zeds fine again today"ha ha.. so is your zed running right or are they all problems like mine????????

Use mine every day and apart from a flat tyre one day, it has proved reliable.

 

It is running perfectly since Jeff @ Zedworld gave it a once over at the weekend.

Mine was bob-on, then i had a whole host of problems at once, now its bob-on again :)

mine runs great. no problems since i bought it :)

Apart from getting it through an MOT because of HICAS joints and rear inner sill runs as good as the 350z I had before it.

Mine had an irritating misfire at full throttle every now and again, a clean of all power leads+ earths to means its smoooth running now + a lot more responsive.

Mine also runs very well........

In fact I find it gets better the more it's used........

 

........as a second car my Z sits in the garage most of the week; but it comes out for weekends and a few holiday trips.

 

It always runs well, but after a 1000 miles of driving during New Year week in Cornwall, I reckon it actually improved the more I drove it!!

 

Van any other "occasional" Z-users relate to that?

had mine now for 9 years done a lot to it though a full stripdown and an engine rebuild, i only use it as a second car but runs sweet all the time touch wood..........
