Does anyone know what the price is of the 34's round taillight units (left + right)? Or would someone be kind enough to call a Nissan-dealer for me, since the Nissan dealers here in Yurp can't get any Skyline-stuff. Thanks in advance ! Eric

Hmmmm, not seen the Manhattan Skyline R33 up close but happened to be going to a wedding in Worthing the other day, had no where to change into the old Armani so went into a local Leisure center (I know I know too much info) Anyway there was a lovely R33 in the car park so I parks up next to it hoping the owner would be around somewhere. Nice car defo, nice car, pearl purple with 18's and tints. Parked the prattmobile up next to it and took a long lookie at all angles. Well going up the road yesterday decided to accelerate up the road full swing when i come up on a pizza delivery bike doing about 20mph int he fast lane, well im doing about 130 (kph lol) and decide to brake to avoide having pizz on my bonnet, well needless to say the car braked straight and narrow except it did not want to stop.....!!!!! we narrowly avoided him, he had brown pants i had brown pants Andy had brown pants and now im babeling, 1: what brake fluid are you guys using and i 2: is it easy to blead the brakes?

Has anyone been up close and personal with their speedo convertors (to convert jap speedo's to show MPH instead of KPH)? What I want to know is; Is the speedo convertor wired in line with the speedo, therefore also converting the speed signal that the ECU sees (since the ECU takes its feed from the speedo), or should the ECU feed come off the speed signal wire *before* the convertor? Therefore letting the ECU(s) see the KPH signal unaltered while the speedo sees MPH? Cheers me-dears.. Az

ooerrr I was checking and cleaning in the engine bay this afternoon and I found the large fan at the front has a very big crack almost going through it, I would expect I need too replace, any idea how much and are thet readilly availible. How much work is involved to replace it, I won't be doing it myself. Cheers JOHN

Any one heard of "Power chips" chanced across them on a search,they have a listing for the 300zx twin turbo and claim +70 bhp they also will supply the chip and fit it (direct to the ecu board) all in £250 inc vat and post etc 24 hr turn around!! ok where is the catch,have mailed them suppose will have to wait till after holiday to get reply so will let you all know, If its as good as it sounds I am defo up for it. Man comming home on the A3 today in the rain, go around the roundabout and power out in second, and BAM!!! Completly sideways, and the funny thing was i managed to control it into a beautifull powerslide alll the way through 3rd gear (the road had no cars and run off on both sides), it was a fantastic feeling... Oh man, really losin' it now! Got my Fosgate speakers through, ordered 4" and 5.25" coz Merc. main dealer told me that was the size(5.25") for the dash mounts. FUCK, TWAT, ARSE, WANK, PISS, SHIT, CHOCOLATE STARFISH! Sorry, if you're reading this and aren't over 10 years old...SORRY! My Bro had the same reaction when he mentioned changing his dash speakers in his Saab Turbo...told that he'd be luck to find anything that fits. Tried both of mine, 5.25" wouldn't even be entertained, 4"ers would go in but WTF? Some weird shaped speakers as standard must have been fitted in there. Anyway, upshot is this, wired up the Fosgate 4"ers and the head unit is still trip…

Its been lurking in the garage, sulking at me everytime I fetch the mower out. Enough is enough, got it going today, first turn of the key (after buying a new battery) - put the wheels back on !! Next stop MOT and TAX.. After that probably a ban or at least a few more points.. What can I say - its good to be back. Its been two years since its done any miles in the 300.. All that remains is to get the alarm sorted out - need to resync the remotes to the Foxguard FG1. Anyone know how to do that ? Regards BJ

After testing the Blitz boost gauge it reads less than the standard unit is this an instance of over reading by the standard gauge or have I not taken the boost gauge pipe to the best position.Have T`ed in to on the balancer tube drivers side where there is a 1/4" pipe running to the to the lower intake hose???I know what I mean any thoughts Jeff TT

Folks, I currently own an 'N' reg BMW M3 EVO 6 speed, a nice fast car. I am looking to purchase a motorbike as well, so rather than be greedy I thought Id trade in the M3 and buy an alternative car for less money, (BMW worth £15,000), and a bike. As much as I love the M3 I must admit the 300ZX is a seriously good looking car, and I can pick up a reasonable quality one for circa £8,000, according to the autotrader. My only concern is the running costs, obviously the BMW is rather expensive to run and really nasty to insure (Im paying £1,600). Would you say the Nissan would cost me more to run? does anyone have any ideas? I do appreciate the car will be olde…

Jeez this is adictive, have palyed around with boost settings/timing and adatives all week and have gotta have more,Fitted my blitz boost gauge and boost jets, made some air box modifications (tempory, waiting for big green jobbie)recleaned throttle bodies etc.Does more power equal more need.Seems Miss Haliwells latest single is a zed talking to its owner" Give me some gasoline" and " Scream if you want to go faster" oooohhh sooo true!!!! I have a cousin over from the UK here in Melbourne (Austrlia), she was telling me the price you guys pay for petrol! Damn! I used to bitch about petrol prices here, but no more. You guys are paying about 2.5 times what we are, and we are like 70% taxes!!!!! My condolences, there's no way I could afford to drive a Z if it were like that here. Dunno how you do it.
