worse than busses ffs, never see any others for ages then two come along at the same time. 2 in Alloa today both black one standard looking the other with side skirts and a huge fook off rear spoiler

need some help pls!!! about 2 weeks ago i noticed knocking from the engine. its coming from bottom end. can feel it thro clutch peddle. doesnt keep consistant rpm on idle. it goes up and down all the time. can hear tapping from top off engine. i would think it would be around crankshaft. brought the car off a member of this club who said engine was rebuilt by ryan at zedtech. tried to contact the member but doesnt reply! nice chap!(dont want to mention any names) ryan can remember doing it but he said it was about 3 years ago. could it be bearings or shells?

People I've asked say the Zed was never fitted with one as standard, but I keep seeing cars advertised with adjustable steering wheel. Presume they don't mean a quick release wheel. Has anyone actually got a zed with an adjustable steering column, ie up and down and in and out?

Any1 enlighten me ???

I have just bought 2 stock replacement turbo's as my seals have gone on the old ones and i wondered if anyone new someone good to fit them around the London area. I have been up to zed world who were excellent but i cant travel all that way again because i wont have a car to get back help please.

I have just bought a Sony MD head unit. :hyper: I am going to have a look at fitting is all myself but the wiring is a bit of a mess behind the centre console and I'm not the best with electrics! Does anyone in my area fancy helping me out? There will be some beers in it for them...

Hi guys i am almost at the point of giving up and driving it over a cliff! not really cause i love the bugger to bit's but it is driving me crazy,the problem is iv'e had a vibration thru my seat ever since i bought the car a year ago and i have been trying to fix it ever since,so far iv'e replaced the prop bearing,the gearbox mount,had zen garage check the uj's all good,had all the wheels balanced about 4 times,then finally thought it might be cheep tyres, so today had a full set of toyo's fitted and balanced again ,still there!!!!!had new hicas arms and hicas ball joints,the only thing i hav'nt done is prop balancing.is it likely to be that as iam a bit fed up with throw…

What high performance aftermarket radiators do you guys and gals use ? So far I have seen Koyo and Howe. Any others ?

hi all :cry: i am having a problem with my car, i thought it was a rear bearing away, on the drivers side but once i have got the car up in the air i can see thats its actually the arm that links the hub to the rack itself. the play is in the ball joint at the end of the rack. and is clearly visible when the wheel is moved my question is this, i have a elimination bar to go in but, will i still need to replace this arm? how do i get it off and can it be simply tightened up? i have put a big spanner on the socket side of the joint that looks like a big square but it just turns the whole shaft through the rack, can someone please shed some light on m…

Hello, ive had a 91 TT for a few months now which on more than a few occasions has skidded out of control while accelerating moderately in 2nd or 3rd. This happened today on a dual carriageway of all places and was a bit scary. I'm not much of a car enthusiast so excuse me if this normal for these cars (my last car was a peugeot 106)! I own a Pearl Yellow Twin Turbo Import, I wondered if you could please help me with something my propshaft is on the way out and I have found a reasonably cheap one but unsure if it will fit. My car is a automatic 1991 twin turbo fit and the propshaft is from an automatic 1991 non turbo Will this fit? Many :dance: thanks Nick

Just had a totally random fact occur to me. My zed has been in the UK for 5 years now, was 10 years old when we imported it. A third of its life in the UK now, all under my watchful eye. How about yours?

I am thinking of purchasing either of these two, has anyone had any experience with them and if so i would like to increase the fueling richness slightly is this possible ? Thanks for you help
