Saw another Zed in Shrewsbury driving up Wyle Cop at about 5:45 today. Was grey and looked like it was a fairly stock UK model, apart from the exhausts. You may have seen me (dressed in black) stop and stare as you drove up the hill.

Hi guys, Making some progress with my 'dodgy motor'. I've been trying to pressurise the system without much success, I've resorted to breaking the system into sections and testing one section at a time. Found some big and small leaks but when attempting the entire system it won't seem to hold anything. I'm only using a cheapo air compressor which is pretty slow to inflate a bike tyre. It seems all my pressure is escaping through the front PCV hoses - presumably into the crankcase? The hoses appear to have a baffle and a wire filter inside, is there a particular orientation for fitting these? (i.e. baffle or wire filter on engine side). The system can be pressuri…

Where is the best/cheapest place to get Conzult software and cable from? I'm looking at getting some kind of software to 'talk to' the zed and Conzult looks the better option over Datascan feature wise. I've been looking at getting it from blazt.biz and it comes to £189.94 for full Conzult software, the cable and the shipping. Before I press the purchase button - is there anywhere better/cheaper to get it from and more importantly - for the people that have already bought it: is it really worth £189.94 or shall I just stick to the little light on the ECU  CheerZ, Vern

anyone know if its possible to do the plenum bypass without having to take it off ?. on the way back from the meet yesterday the small hose split & started to overheat again, which can be seen if you look directly down the side of number 1 coil pack & plenum. its only about 2.5 inches long as well

Just wanna give a big big thank you to Duffman (aka Andy) for helping me through yet another break down Arranged for Andy to take my car in today and iv had a few issues with the lower radiator hose which i kept thinking would give way before i got there but it held up the entire 150 miles until i got into Rotherham where it decided to burst at a set of traffic lights..... Parked up and got on the phone to Andy who drove down and luckily the very same morning i picked up a brand new made lower radiator hose from SFS Performance.....excellent quality silicone hose makers by the way......right there on the spot he changed the hose for me while attracting a few odd look…
