Hello! I have a couple of problems, with my UK TT, she is going into a garage over the weekend, but I wanted a little advice as to whether I will have an heart attack with my garage bill, I have a oil leak which I have no idea where it is coming from, the oil is dripping into the passesnger's inner wings and splattering down the underside of the passengers side, I have taken the plastic stuf off in the wheel arch and there are a ton of wires with oil on them! Any ideas? Car should be running at 1.4Bar due to boost jets fitted, on new turbos, however cant get the boost gauge needle past 1.0bar , New auto box is holding on to 2nd gear too long and un…

Finally got the old heap back on the road but the MOT tester said there was an issue with emissions - rich at idle and lots of hydrocarbons, he let it go anyway as he said it wasn't a prob for a jap import and especially at that age. He did say it had a prob of some kind though to make emissions that bad. I've been messing about with it this evening and found a couple of things which I'm not sure about, the AAC is reading partially open all the time and varies with RPM - is this correct? Secondly, the MAF is usually around 1.26V at idle but occasionally dropping to zero volts. I'm pretty sure the MAF is ok as the car still revs ok, is an occasional zero reading …

Anyone seen this? http://www.e90post.com/forums/showthread.php?t=135662 Check out the video of the loverly german gal having her porsche covered in olive drab here Looks pretty crazy. What I'm thinking though is if we can find a source for the 3M vinyl that's used here in blighty then use it to cover the roof bars in gloss black? Sure a few people on here might be interested. This stuff lasts for about 4 years or so and does not damage the paint!

I have found most garages do not like working on 300ZX Turbo cars and charge exorbitant amounts. Can anybody inform whether they know of reasonably priced mechanics in Surrey (especially ones that like working on these brilliant beasts)?:headvswal

Hi does anyone know how I can make the 300XZ light up on the pannel between my rear lights. I have seen it done once and it looks very good. Also I would like to do something similar in the blank area under my sterio system. Is there kits available? Thanks again.

hi. my car just failed it's MOT on both steering gaitors being split....pretty good as that was it's only fault:tongue: anyway, my problem is getting the new gaitors. i thought some universal ones would do the job but after talking to the local motorfactors, they said there was a bit on the giators for some other fitting, that unless i had, would allow the oil to escape. ok i'm pretty confused. so can anyone help?

Core Size: 280mm x 200mm x 90mm thick with 2" in/outlet Flow Results: Each Size = 268CFM @ 21" with 1.2PSI Pressure Drop Well they arrived, these however are not the godspeed coolers, i was informed that the godspeeds are a chinese copy, these ones i bought are more expensive but made by the original aussy designer, who knows if there is a difference!!! they look massive and well built anyhow, apart from the inside end tank which is actually quite big just seems small and out of proportion to the size of the thing. The godspeed coolers seem as though they have been discontinued for whatever reason!!! Here are some pics to show off …

Hi All, Has anyone suffered this phenomenem. Over rough road only the rear left swings about. Sometimes if turning left hard on the power (therefore less weight on rear left) I get a hammering /juddering. It has begun post MOT and bodywork. An ex Z owner has suggested dirt on HICAS sensors, do such sensors exist? Maybe they have been oversprayed? I need to jack the corner to check for loose fittings but all seems good with weight on wheels. Can anyone give me pointers for things to look for please. Cheers Rob

as my plans near completion (bwuhahahaha!!!) im looking for a specific style of alloys - 18". ive seen them once and fell in love with them, and never seen them since. theyre very very similar to stock 350z - 6 or 7 spoke, nice and simple, flat, no shaping, slightly convex, no studs all around the rim that need washing with cheese wire, and preferably in gunmetal or anthracite. has anyone come across my dream wheels?!
