Hi All! Recently purchased a Wings West replica kit of Keith on the forum (very nice chap). The front bumper has already been modified and fitted to his car so it is a direct bolt on bumper now :-) As for the rear, anyone have any experience, advice when fitting a wings west rear bumper/lip? Thanks

Hi there everyone, Does anybody know if there are any differences between UK & Jap spec air conditioning systems? In particular the pressure release valve and the receiver dryer? Mine are knackered and need to replace asap. My car is a UK manual TT on a H plate if it matters? Many thanks, Rob

Groover gave me the idea of doing it, after a long and painful time taking the dash apart managed to do it. There on like 80% dimmed, so they are not that bright on the video ;)

Hi guys, I'm looking for some rear shock absorbers for my uk spec zed. Does anyone know if the Jap spec suspension are any different from the uk spec ones, coz I've heard that the uk specs are stiffer than the japs. The car keeps snaking when going over bumps nearly losing traction it's quite scary specially in the wet:nono:.

How long should it take to get pressure into the system to perform a boost leak test? I have just had my first attempt and failed miserably, I have got boost tester with gauge from Z1, when I connected it up to the air compressor and started to fill the system the pressure gauge did not move past zero. I could not hear any hissing of air leaking, did'nt know if I have got a huge leak and the air is coming straight out or if I am not giving it enough time to build the pressure up.

When I drive my zed above about 60mph and accelerate I get a faint audible beeping or pinging sound coming from somewhere in the car, (all gauges are fine and no warning lights on) its driving me mad I cant work out where its coming from or whats causing it, sounds like somekind of warning??? Any ideas? PS its the 1990 twin turbo auto if that makes any difference.

can any of you guys help. As some of you know, I sold my z to a member on here richardgills some weeks ago. I am posting this to try and help. Basically after the manual conversion was done last september, the idling/tick over is too high, around 2000rpm. I never got it sorted because I presumed it was something simple. richard has been banging his head off the wall to try and sort it with no luck as yet. Please please help someone, I want to know my baby is being enjoyed and driven by someone, not holed up in a garage for the next year.:( Mick

Does any one have a spare top radiator hose for a TT (THE SHORT ONE) that they could fetch to JAE, Mine split tonight, I have butchered a spare bit of hose as a bodge but I don't know if it will stand up to a trip there and back, would be nice to have a backup plan for the return trip. Will try Nissan tomorrow but not likely they will have one in stock. Mods please move delete if this is out of order in anyway
