Hi all, I have had a problem with my power steering for a little while now and was hoping someone could point me in the right direction. I've posted before about this but have a bit more info this time round... It's not all the while - sometimes I can drive it and it'll be perfect, other times it'll just cut out and stay cut out. Other times it'll sort of drop out and kick back in - very disconcerting on roundabouts! A lot of the time, I'll start the car and have no PS. So, I switch it off, back on and it works fine! How would you know if you had aftermarket injectors?

Hello I have had this FET360 turbo timer for about a year now but never got around to rigging it up and have no idea how to! Originally it was out of a nissan so probably strait forward to wire up??? Theres a small white plug with a yellow, red and white wire connected to it, Theres 4 other wires which are black, white, grey and white with brown lines any ideas where these go?? Heres some pics so you can see what im on about! Any help would be great!

Hello all! Im going to decat my zed at some point this week I tried last week but the bolts from the manifold downpipe that connects to the cats just snap! So got to drill them out and replace. Can anyone tell me what size these bolts are? and which type I need to get? Cheers in advance!

hi guys the garage have finished my car all bar the map. Its running a map at actuator pressure only and will now need to be mapped up to full tilt. They have quoted me five hours of dyno time. Does that sound right to you.

noticed this today and yesterday, when go round a round about, the handbrake light comes on for a second? ive checked there is brake fluid in there, seems fine?

Where does the wires from the tranny speed sensor end up? Need to check if I get a signal trough the wires. Sensor itself seemed fine...

I was at a friends house and a police officer pulled up next to me, i was at this point sh1ting it as i thought he was going to have me for speeding or something, but he got out his car and asked my details etc, he said that a blue 300ZX had just been stolen, he didn't tell me any details apart from that it came up on his computer as a "blue 300ZX" with normally means the car is a import, it could also mean that it is the old 300zx (Z31) but keep you eyes out guys! I said to him as he left have fun trying and good luck, he said im not worried about finding it, im worried about trying to catch it LOL!

Guys I would like an Indiglo set up for my dials etc. Trouble is every set I have seen are for cars with the built in boost guage. Because mine is a relatively late car it doesnt have one? Any ideas where I can get a set for sensible money with this guage bit? Cheers Mike

Right where do i begin? Having my engine now fully built and ready to go in we have hit a snag. The Pentroof style manifolds wont take an internal wastegate:smash: as the acctuator is in the way on the drivers side. So what i am thinking is.Sell these (Garrett GT28R with HKS acctuators and Leons custom built 5 stud down pipes) And going for something bigger to accomidate these manifolds. What are my options? Grey 2+2 nr Portsmouth uni at 5pm today. Viper spoiler, afterburner rear lights and dark wheels.

What is faster, Based on most of these cars just have a chip or remap, filter, and exhaust. There is one cruising round my area and Im fearful that its quicker................?

After having the car back, I have noticed on start up, the oil pressure goes just past the 4 on standard gauge, then when warm and at normal driving, it settles to just above the zero, I have been in touch with the mechanic, and he assures me that because their is very thin oil in it (better for running an engine in) it will be low, I will be changing the oil soon to a thicker 15w 40 fully synthetic, hopefully I will see a difference, he also said that the gauge are prone to be faulty, the engine runs absolutly smooth, has this happened to anyone else? Thanks

I've had two now, and i'm really getting the urge for a third after going through some of my old photos of the shows etc. anyone seen my old zed? or if you're the owner are you thinking of selling? ; ) Mickey B's dad bought it from me and I think it was sold on to someone on here... bayside blue auto with 18" rims and private plate man i miss her!
