With nothing to do this morning, and with the Virginia Water tomorrow, ive put the rears on at last, and cleaned the lady and given her a good polish. Should be a good meet if weather holds out. Looking at 22 zeds so far.

Hello. After getting some info off you guys about my oil pressure i think i should just get my normal service done and have an aftermarket oil pressure gauge fitted. While doing this i would also liek a turbo boost gauge and was wondering if use guys have any ideas on good gauges to get. I would like the gauges that fit into the dash in the cd player slot. Does anyone know of these types of gauges or what type they are?

Had a look round some of the Z32 tech sites and can't seem to find a how2 to replace the brake booster from under the dash. Does anyone have a link to one or one they've already done? Thanks

would anyone on here swop their z for a r33 gtst? just wondering what people think it is white and i have been offered for a swap, anyone know much about them?what bhp etc?r they faster than a scooby?cheers

well it eventually happened ...my zds rngine give up on me and is only runnin on 2 cylinders.......had it looked at by a mechanic n he sed its as good as dead...need new engine or rebuild this one, any one got any ideas wat best root is?

...do you have any issues with water getting into the engine bay? have you performed any modifications under-bonnet to divert water away from any nearby electrics such as coilpacks, temp sensors, etc.

At about 6pm (ish) - black zed going past Leisure Centre etc on West Quay Road... Anyone ?

Ive got a 92 tt auto ive started to fit a set of dump valves, and ive noticed the oil cooler is quite small. My question is, does the oil cooler cool the oil for the engine and gearbox or just the engine is it worth upgrading to a 10 or 11 row oil cooler. And my last question is, can i just remove the standard oil cooler and replace it with the new one and use the same rubber pipes. Cheers me deers.

before i get serious about selling ive got a lot to do with the zed 1. finish off fitting new crossmember 2. fit new interior carpet 3. fit new dash facia 4. fit new targa seals 5. get new chip for ecu 6. fit new frp and damper 7. oil change (engine and box) 8. clean engine bay up and clean inside and out thats it for now, hoping nothing else happens in the mean time lol

and it aint the uk weather, my rear sill rotted and i replaced them all, they rotted cause of the rubber targa drain pipes rotted and was leaked inside the sills hence the rust my rear footwell needed a patch putting on, this was due to the rubber targa seal leaking water into the cockpit and it corroded from inside (all repaired) im n the process of replacing my front crossmember, this is cause nissan decided to put a pipe that runs from some type of water bottle inside the crossmember and its open ended and it just leaks the water into the crossmember so its nissans rubber hoses that cause the rot, not the fookin weather:headvswal

Hello. My oil pressure is sitting around 2psi Anyways, i informed the guy of my oil pressure sitting kind of low and he said he would flush through my engine on the service then check it again after putting new oil in it. Said if it was still low i will need to get a new oil pump which will cost around 400 supplied and fitted, kind of took this as a shock:nelson::cry:.lol. Was wondering what you guys thought about this and any similar problems that use have had? Cheers :nana2:

Was just wondering, are snoopers illegal? Using it to give me my speed in mph as my clocks arent change from km/h, and it also informs me of speed cameras?

Got my new Sony Ericsson C905 phone today, so decided to see what the video facility was like and found a nice quiet country road in the zed and took a little vid................ Came back, took a look and i saw what you lot have just seen. So i pulled over and took another vid just revving the engine, to show you what i saw.............. Would you educated types agree with me and say turbo seals, or am i jumping the gun and should i change the PCVs and see what it leads too?? It only smokes when on boost, no smoke from start (cold or hot) and no smoke on idle. Its deffo blue smoke though. Nick

Apart from leaks is there any other reason to do this and any downside. Whilst my engine is out?

Sorry as i'm sure it's been covered before but i can't find sh*t on it! Is there a way to flash the codes off the ECU using an LED? or anything other than Conzult as i don't have access to a Conzult and is something i wouldn't mind doing to see if it sheds any light on my idling issue before i start replacing bits for the sake of it! im just wanting to bypass my maf sensor so im going to Maplins to buy a Dyode or a residtor, what do I need and is there a power rating or somethng?? Reason for this it im trying to see if my mas is faulty and I dont want to spedd £95 on a new one if its in working order. Cheers.
