I'm having my engine rebuilt in the new year and was just going through the ride section and see that Smithy has got 'N/A oil squirters' fitted. I'm guessing that the twin turbo has these already and that they squirt oil onto the piston somehow, is that correct? If so what is the advantages of fitting the N/A squirters? I'm going for forged pistons in my rebuild would it be worth getting these as well? Thanks. Ant

Or where I could get one from? Hi Guys New to this forum although I've had my ZX for about 6 years now!! Bit slow on the uptake me  Mine is a track day only car and having just built a new engine for the car, well Peter Rosenberg formally of SE Nissan built it actually, I'm after a Techtom MDM-100N (i think) to help us map it properly. I know a lot of people had them back in the day but they are a bit old hat now. However, it would do exactly what I want so I'm trying to locate one. This is the unit but they no longer sell them http://www.technosquareinc.com/mdm.htm Any help would be much appreciated. Cheers

I remember someone posting a thread about repainting the trims that run either side of the windscreen and along the targas, but I can't find it anywhere. I just wanted to know what sort of paint to use to do mine, can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks, Phill

I am quite happy in not fitting a cone filter to my Z, but more considering fitting a better panel filter. Just wondering if anyone's running a freer flow panel filter with raised boost. Thanks

I've read through a few plug threads. Going to be replacing all my spark plugs shortly immanent of my boost upgrade. So O2 sensors, coolant temperature sensor, plus further ConZult checks to make sure everything else is 100% before fitting a chip and subsiquent boost controller. Now, before I do that, I want a new set of plugs. PFR6B-11C or PFR6B-11B I can see being the choice. Understand that the B is a cooler plug? Is this what I should be going for? I am not after the 'ultimate' plug, but something that will give me and the engine, the confidence it needs with about 14PSi running under them. I don’t have any issues with my current plugs, but want everyt…

I am interested in what the durability of them is like. I like the quality and it seems they will last. I am arranging some for mu customers in Australia. Any comments would be most helpful? Thanks.

Hi all Whats the differance between the front steering racks on HICAS & non-HICAS cars? I read somewhere that on the S13 the HICAS rack has a quicker ratio than the non-HICAS rack, is this the same on the Z32? Also where can I get a new rack from all the internet places I've tried only list one rack for all the Z32. Cheers Stu

Hey all As you all knwo I got my car back last weekend. The first thing I have noticed apart from it being awesomely quick is a noise that sounds like something rubbing against the flywheel. I've got an RPS clutch and flywheel. Is it likely that the clucth is maybe not disengaging properly? It sounds like something brushing against something or could even be air moving? Any ideas? Its fookin annoying and I'm really keen not to give it back to the theiving gits that have had it for so long but will do if they have stuffed up although it was doing the same before the gearbox was swapped so can't really blame them. Or is the RPS supposed to slip and that…
