Doing a small bit of work in a local store, moving some celling grid, and a small wall, they supplied the sparky i told him to remove 4 light fittings, and remove a 3 fase pump,straight away he said wast of money doing this small amount work ,so that put my back up straightthat mad away ,so two simple jobs, hour and a half later said all done ,paid him up there and then he left ,i go up the ladder and grab hold of the heat ducting and bang almighty elec shock and fell of the ladder whent back up and he has not made good the ends of the cables ,phoned him up as he walked in the door smack one black eye traded for a elec shock,

I have trouble falling asleep, dont nod off until 2/3am every night, and then I keep waking up, I also have to sleep wearing a full face oxygen mask, which doesnt help. anyway, my Doctor has put me on Temazepam (Sleeping Pill), the first night I took them I had the worst Nightmare I have had in years, so I dare not take them again. Has anyone taken these before and had the same side effects??? :(

So we bought our youngest (Paige) a toy for christmas, like the old magnetic letters you used to get but a 2009 version, it spells out what you put up (up to 3 leters) so i was cooking dinner tonight and the girls were playing with it........ Well over the past year me and my old man have been fixing up an E36 BMW 325ISE:D and even better it is going for an MOT 2morrow:nana2: but ive got a JVC CD player that will not play CD's, to be more specific it comes up on the screen "please eject" :xxx: so has anybody got any iideas as to what i can do with it or what is wrong?

thinking of getting her a mk4 golf 1.4, will be big enough for the dog and they are well built, went on elephant.co.uk for a quote for her, bearing in mind she only passed her test last week, chose fully comp and £100 excess, also put me and me dad on as named drivers got a bit of a shock at the quote, came in at £533, was well chuffed with that

im long sighted, need glasses for reading and watching tv, ourlass is the same, just had to spend £240 on 4 pairs of glasses, got quite a good deal, buy one pair of glasses and get an extra pair for a tenner so me and the wench have two pairs each got my test done at asda, should have been £15 each but got a fiver off voucher out of their magazine, so two eye tests and 4 pair of glasses for £240 is quite a deal, roll that fooker back lol
