General Discussions - Non 300ZX

This isn't a For Sale thread; not just yet anyway. I bought this Toyota Granvia earlier in the year to convert to a camper/day van for surfing. It's pretty much complete now, however I'm in two minds with what to do next. I don't want to shell out on a full respray at a bodyshop as I do intend to sell it very shortly; though I have considered a couple of lairy colours (sky blue or DRIFTWORKS orange & black etc) with a few decals to set it off. Regardless, the paintwork and bodywork could do with a bit of TLC in places, though it's completely rust free (like most good imports). If I didn't have the Hilux I'd keep it for towing the Z32 to …

Today I went to the chemist and asked for cream that would ease the pain on three of my Nipples. I stood there and explained that they were itchy and imflamed and that it no longer wanted to be like a cow!. The woman looked at me and said "what you have five nipples??" and then handed me some E45 cream. It was at this point I said well, no actually two real ones and three massive insect bites showing her!. She could not stop laughing and said that was the funniest description for insect bites that she had ever heard. Went sun bathing today and the feckers ate me alive, every time I get bitten it swells right up in total the little shitz get me eleven times. So…

today i was due a delivery, but me and my girlfriend had to work so left note on door saying just leave it with neighbour thats fine. come home from work to find my delivery on the bottom floor of the flats i live in. i only live 3 floors up the lazy twat, and it wasnt heavy but was valuble, its my new spolier for my 300 lol :rockon: what was the need to do that?? ARGH suppose thats my rant for today

i have decided that an almera gti will be a good middle ground after the z (sporty but pretty good mpg) has anyone ever owned or driven one? Views? Gonna go give one a drive at some point next week.

I have an old Motorola SLVR phone and like the fact it beeps every 5-10 mins if I have an unread text/missed call. Looking for a replacement and wondering if any of the newer phones have this feature, most of the time the phone is left in the car, so dont want anything to expensive. Thanks Barry.

I have seen a private plate that i like. Its around £500 and the £80 fee and vat on top. Is the £80 fee for them to sort out all the detials with the dvla etc?? what about my v5 Will i have to buy plates or would they come with the paper work etc? Also i would need to tell my insurance. what about my tax disc because this will have my old reg on. Ive never bought one before so i dont have a clue?? cheers :)

Considering using the z31 for the summer and then getting the body work tidied up over the winter, any painters on here in Scotland?

My contract is up on my iPhone on the 25th of this month and the new iPhone 4 is out in the UK with O2 on the 24th :thumbup: Can't wait to upgrade :)
