Since I've been away, I decided to man up and do something ive always wanted to do. I passed my bike test! Got the full licence so I can ride anything. First off I bought a 2005 K5 Suzuki Bandit 600s. Great first bike and I wish id kept it for the winter. I put a micron exhaust on it which sounded awesome, but I soon wanted more power and a lighter more nibble bike. After looking at alsorts and reading hundreds of reviews, I went and bought a brand new Triumph Street Triple R. 675cc 105bhp 183kgs. Massively faster than the bandit and much more fun to ride. Obviously ive got used to the power now and wish id gone fore the 1050cc Speed Triple R! …

So I was watching The Grand Tour, and like on Top Gear, Jeremy explained to the American's that it isn't a gear stick, it's a gear lever. I was pondering this today whilst driving up the A19...I don't think I know anyone who calls it a lever. So do you say stick, or lever? It's gear stick to me, always has been. It may be a regional thing, or perhaps an age thing... Saying that, Jeremy also told Jeff Goldblum on Top Gear, that we don't use the word geek in the UK, we say boffin. Now not sure about yourselves, but I've made it to 37 years of age without ever saying boffin, and have no plans to introduce it to my vocabulary. Reading this back; I…

Got this fitted today to my daily from MIJ in Walsall.... Full exhaust fabricated in 3hrs, great bunch of people and really happy with it. Its a mid sport setup so not too loud, in fact you can hardly hear it during idle and whilst cruising on the motorway, but when you put your foot down it gives off a nice tone... Exactly what I was after. Looks oem also. I can definitely recommend them if anyone needs a new exhaust

Not being much of a techie, but I would love a walk through explanation on how to use some of the special functions when posting replies. Things like multiple quotes in between replies, and also part quotes etc' Something I guess comes easy to some, but to me, not so. Doh Thanks in advance.

Just asking in case anyone can help. Hi all on Tuesday 18th I was pushing a car and my leg gave way, excruciating pain could not move for half an hour. It looks like I have strained my calf muscle, went to hospital the doctor poked it a few times and sent me home with some crutches. The thing that bothers me is I cannot touch the area or put any pressure on my foot, I do not have any swelling or bruising. Mostly having to crawl around the house and not being able to get anything done is a real s**t. Do I need to go back to the hospital for a scan ? Thanks

I nearly shat myself, i was settled down watching some tele and and almighty whoosh came from across the room :scared: Nearly one whole side of the fish tank (60litres) come apart and water pissed out all over the bloody carpet. Luckily i had an empty bucket in the kitchen and managed to hold the join together to stop it leaking with some good ole gaffa tape. Emptied enough water out to relive the pressure on the glass into the bucket with a syphon. Im going to source another tank in the morning to transfer the fish until i reseal mine and probably sell as i doubt i can trust it again lol. Anyway thats how my Saturday night panned out, not the kind of pissed i…
