It usually takes me an hour to drive home M11, M25, A1. Last night I left work at just before 4pm as usual and got home at 1:15 am. That's 9 hours and 20 minutes. An absolute disgrace! I suppose that all of the gritting lorries must have been stuck in a traffic jam or were gritting the roads between the Civic Centre and the Council members homes, because in a 40 mile 9+ hour journey, I did not see any.

Some old favourites and some new ones "Sure, there have been deaths in boxing but none of them serious." (Alan Minter) "And this is Gregoriava from Bulgaria. I saw her snatch this morning and it was amazing!" (Pat Glenn - weightlifting commentator) "Andrew Mehrtens loves it when Darryl Gibson comes inside of him." (New Zealand rugby commentator Murray Mexted) "This is really a lovely horse. I once rode her mother." (Ted Walsh - horse racing commentator) "I've never had major knee surgery on any other part of my body." (Winston Bennett) "The lead car is absolutely unique, except for the one…

Has any one ever seen it? I know a few months ago I said that it was crap, in a thread that Nelson started. But I must say now that's one of the funniest things I have ever seen. Does any one else watch it? I think that you have to have worked in an office like that to appretiate that there are people like that in the work place in real life. Stuart

SKIM THOSE DISKS Thursday 30th January While they're still on the car... A new brake tool that uses a car's own power to skim its front disks has been launched by American Company Brake Tru Inc. The catchily named "BrakeTru® On-The-Car RotorResurfacer®" pads are new single use tools that allow you to skim the disks in around 30 minutes without removing them from the car. Ceramic abrasive pads are stuck onto the worn pads and slapped back into the brake callipers. The car is then put in gear and drive applied to give around 3000rpm. Resurfacing occurs when the brake pedal is applied for two cycles of two-seconds each. The worn brake pads with th…

Went up to Leigh near Manchester to have a look at a car Latz was selling. He took my brother & I for a spin in that Merc E55 AMG. 0-60 in 4.5seconds & it got to phenomenal speeds in no time at all. That is one amazing car. Also, we got to have a look around Grasshopper Pro Sport too. Some of the Zed's in there are out of this world. I was well impressed! Just wish I had loads of dosh to throw at mine!!:(

I bought some dials :D Nice and colourful. The colours are good on the pic but better in real life. The purple is more purple and less pink, there is a more noticable difference between the light blue and dark blue and the red is more red and less orange. I think Bagins has just ordered the boost gauge from where I did, and I think he wont be disapointed. What you think of them? There is a oil pressure gauge to join them too when it arrives. I ordered that one from some where else. Stuart

A little girl asked her mum, "Mum, may I take the dog for a walk around the block? Mum replies, "No, because she is in heat." "What's that mean?" asked the child. "Go ask your father. I think he's in the garage." The little girl goes to the garage and says, "Dad, may I take Belle for a walk around the block? I asked Mum, but she said the dog was in heat, and to come to you." Dad said, "Bring Belle over here." He took a rag, soaked it with gasoline, and scrubbed the dog's backside with it and said, "Okay, you can go now, but keep Belle on the leash and only go one time around the block." The little girl left, and returned a few minutes later with no dog on t…
