I was just reading the old mass guru's post on cylinder deactivation when a thought occured to me. Now, I and most other people on the forum (mentioning no names) utilise a spongy thinking device containing two hemispheres. Now recent posts got me thinking. Two hemispheres are good for such things as going to work (in a thinking profession obviously, not a Z mechanic!), studying (arts students excepted) and general analytical duties. However, most of us spend a considerable amount of time indulging in such activities as watching telly, eating dinner and talking to our better halves (Ajay and Wendy excepted obviously). Now surely, these activities are wasting a l…

A woman hears her husband cussing up a storm from behind the bathroom door. She knocks and says, "Honey, what is it?" Her husband emerges from the bathroom and says, "The doctor prescribed suppositories for this stomach problem I've been having, and no matter what I do, I just can't get the little sucker up my ass. Even the doctor had to shove the first one in to show me how it was done -- and I tell you, it took forever for him to get it up there... and it *hurt*!" "Poor baby," says the wife. "You were probably nervous and tense, and he probably wasn't very gentle with you. Here, let me give you the suppository -- I don't mind." Still grumbling, the husband bends…

Just been watching some old Revved Up programmes (Granada TV 11.30 on a friday night) from back in January. They went to a cruise somewhere up here and filmed it. Was full of the usual turkey cars and fords and stuf but then a yellow 300 drives past with a blue illuminated rear panel. Was it anyone of here?? Just being curious! Nick

I live in Essex, and usually use SE, but does anyone know of somewhere else near or in Essex that does repairs on 300's as SE have done quite a lot on my motor, and they have had it back more times since than they should have. Any help would be useful, especially if they are good at what they do and get it right first time. Cheers Daz

is Tanabe gear any good? ive just whipped off my springs (due to new ones going on ) to find that they are Tanabe sustec system h, anyone know if theyre any good? makes no odds really if i'm gonna get shut of them. One thing i did notice though was my eibachs have a couple more coils on them that the others, by that i mean more tightly coiled, not longer and the eibachs also appear to be progressive rate wheras the sustecs seem not to be.

Hi fella's (and gals) I haven't got access to the general chat forum where this probably belongs so please bear with me ... it'll be a short one. I'm trying to design a webpage that has a static background image, i.e., you can scroll the text over it while the image remains unchanged. How do you do that? I'm using (for the most part) MS FrontPage 2000. Many thanks for your input/feedback. Ta! Danny

Well, what a staggering success the congestion charge is. Have you seen on the news how traffic levels in London are down? Well.....if you re-phase the traffic lights back to allowing more than one car through at at time, and wait until the kids are off school until you launch it then OF COURSE THERE'S GOING TO BE LESS TRAFFIC. HOW FECKING THICK DO THEY THINK WE ARE???????!!!!!!!!  Hope all you lot outside London are looking forward to it too, coz it's on it's way to a road near you soon!
