Does any one remember this? For some reason I remember what he was, the head on the TV screen with the colours behind him that used to stutter, but I dont know what it was all about. So What was it all about? I remember that he was meant to be a computer but nothing else. I think I am too young to remember it. Came some one clear it up for me. Was it any good? I dont think it lasted very long but it made an impact that I could remember it from being 5 or 6. Stuart

There's nothing worse than a snotty doctor's receptionist who insists you tell her what is wrong in a room full of other patients. I know we all have experienced this, and I love the way this old guy handled it...... An 86 year old man walked into a crowded doctor's office. As he approached the desk, the receptionist said, "Yes sir, and what are you seeing the doctor for today?" "There's something wrong with my penis," he replied. The receptionist became irritated and said, "You shouldn't come into a crowded office and say things like that." "Why not? You asked me what was wrong and I told you," he said. The receptionist replied, "You've obviously ca…

This man was one of those in the helicopters that crashed. I went to school with him and he was in my class for 3 years. He was a good man. Once I went shopping in Liverpool with him. He was due to marry on his return - very sad :( He was from Hoylake on the Wirral, but had been living in Cornwall.

:D :D :D You gotta love this guy..... This is a true story about a recent wedding that took place at Clemson University. It was in the local newspaper and even Jay Leno mentioned it. It was a huge wedding with about 300 guests. After the wedding at the reception, the groom got up on stage with a microphone to talk to the crowd. He said he wanted to thank everyone for coming, many from long distances, to support them at their wedding. He especially wanted to thank the bride's and his family and to thank his new father-in-law for providing such a lavish reception. As a token of his deep appreciation he said he wanted to give …

Arse! The news I had been dreading, got told due to headcount and cost cutting my contract wasn't being renewed from Friday :( Nice handshake after two years, 4 days notice! Nevermind, the management were assholes so wherever I go even with less money it's got to be better! :D Onwards and upwards :D Only trouble is, I don't know how I'm going to afford my serious petrol habit now! ;) *Anyone in Bristol need an unemployed IT dude?* :p

Yesterday, a friend was travelling on a Paris to London flight. A man of Arabic appearance got off the plane and my friend noticed that he had left his bag behind. She grabbed the bag and ran after him, caught up with him in the terminal and handed him back his bag. He was extremely grateful and reached into his bag which appeared to contain large bundles of money. He looked around to make sure nobody was looking and whispered "I can never repay your kindness, but I will try to....with a word of advice for you: Stay away from Wales". My friend was genuinely terrified. "Is there going to be an attack?" she asked him. No ... ", he w…

This is quite funny. My dad works for a company which is run by an American. He looks after people with aquired brain injuried due to illness or accidents, and often they have trouble keeping their mouth shut and say whats in their heads. One man, is an Ex Soilder but is now there due to his injury walked up to the American ower and said "Do I look like an Iraqi to you?" And stood infront of him, for about 15 seconds, pointing to his face and turning his head to the side and all around so to look at every inch of his face. "No" The American owner looking a little confused. "Well tell your American friends to stop, f*%king shooting at us then.!" …

Saddam Hussein was sitting in his office wondering whom to invade next when his telephone rang. Hallo, Mr. Hussein!", a heavily accented voice said. "This is Paddy down at the Harp Pub in County Sligo, Ireland. I am ringing to inform you that we are officially declaring war on you!" Well, Paddy," Saddam replied, "This is indeed important news! How big is your army?" Right now," said Paddy, after a moment's calculation, "there is myself,my cousin Sean, my next door neighbor Shamus, and the entire dart team from the pub. That makes eight!" Saddam paused. "I must tell you, Paddy, that I have one million men in my army waiting to move on my com…

I couldn't help noticing that we have quite a few IT contractors out there. My question to you guys is.....how are you dealing with IR 35? Have you had to go down the 'employed' route? If so...what are the lengths of your contracts? Seems to me it's still a grey area and the Revenue is making up the rules as they go along.........what have you guys experienced?

Hi guys, I'm back, but this time with a Z. It's a black, uk spec TT. As some of you know I was previously a MK4 Supra TT owner (hence my name) so the obvious thing to do when first driving my new Z was to compare them. This I couldn't do as I really love both cars and respect each of them individually for what they are. Anyway, I hope to keep this for some time and I'm sure I'll be giving it a few tweaks here and there ;) First thing I need to do is sort out the stock stereo system. Basically, the CD player doesn't like most CDs and rejects them. The radio won't 'auto' tune radio stations (this could have something to with the aerial not fully extendin…
