Finally got a Saturday off tommorow and I'm taking my girlfriend to do her xmas present - a day driving the aformentioned cars on a track. Anyway, she's absolutley shitting it, so has anyone got any words of wisdom I can use to calm her down so she can just enjoy herself?

Mary had a little skirt with splits right up the sides And every time that Mary walked the boys could see her thighs Mary had another skirt twas split right up the front ... but she didn't wear that one very often Mary had a little lamb. Her father shot it dead. Now it goes to school with her, between two chunks of bread. Jack and Jill Went up the hill to have some hanky panky. Silly Jill forgot her pill And now there's little Franky. Little Miss Muffet sat on a tuffet, her clothes all tattered and torn. It wasn't the spider that crept beside her, But Little Boy Blue and his horn. Old Mother Hubbard Went to the cupboard to f…

Thanks to Jeff at Zedworld yesterday he seems to have made my car much happier! :D The idle today is lots better, (if it stays like it is I can live with it) It also seems to pick up quicker and doesn't feel flat like it normally does. It's nice to drive now! :D Cheers Jeff! Here's a couple of vids I did today. 0-80mph after a service 80-110mph Is it still way off what Zeds should run like? Or does this now look like the performance of a stock TT?

I have been sat in work for hours doing very little or repetative stuff. The F1 was boring and I have to wait an hour before the Burscough v's Tanworth match kicks off which I will be forced to sit an watch. It will goto extra time, I can feel it. Some one please give me motivation to get me through the day :( Stuart

Big thanks to Mac1 and AndyP for helping me sort out my car's problems. Pair of top blokes - helped me diagnose my problem and couldn't do enough to help. This is what this place is about and I hope I can return the favour some time. Got a new air flow meter off AndyZ yesterday and the car's running a treat. Thanks guys.

A 200sx came into the workshop with an idling problem last week, intermittently cuting out at junctions and erratic tickover speed. A tb clean, removal of the idle control valve and a clean through restored it to near perfect, the idle valve does need replacing in fair but the guy was selling so suppose he won`t change it, but the car had been to a tuning company and Nissan who both failed to correct the problem. The first charged £55 for cleaning (not very well) the throttle body (bloody hell!) and Nissan charged the guy £80 for 25 minutes on their Consult machine and a base idle adjustment! the car cut out at the first junction he camed to after leaving Niss…

A question to all ZX owners; I'm thinking of buying one of these seriously nice cars. Checked out one today locally which was a 1992 auto twin T import in silver, 68,000km. On test drive felt really good, apart from a very slight tendancy to pull to the left (tracking?). More seriously, on opening the driver's door I noticed what appeared to be a weld running across the bottom of the door sill to the outside and down the exterior sill; another exactly the same on the passenger side. Sprayed over in both cases. Otherwise the car was in really nice condition. So is this a normal part of the shell manufacture or something I should avoid (body cut & weld?…

Have you heard about the 3 gay Supra drivers? Bonkers, Martin and Chisholm, three gay guys had a long day and decided to sleep over at Bonkers house. Of course they all slept in the same bed. Bonkers in the middle, Gay Martin and Gay Chisholm on each side. In the morning they all woke up with a good yawn. Gay Martin and Gay Chisholm each said they had a dream that they were being jerked off. Bonkers said, ''Funny!, I had a dream I was ski-ing'' Our 3 Queer Supra owners, Bonkers, Gay Martin and Gay Chisholm had each lost their lovers in a tragic Cottaging accident that involved overexposure to a Toilet Duck a packet of 'Bloo-loo' and rectal damage caus…

Just hit a deer doing about 60 ish in my Pug 206. Not happy after having to watch the poor thing roll about in the road for 10 minutes until it finally died :( Not much I could do. Feel really bad about it but it just launched itself out of the trees as I went past. Wierd thing is I was only talking to Andy Duff this morning about a similar thing happening to me and my mate one night in his car 10 years ago. I've got a bent wing but it sounded much worse from the bang as it launched about 4 feet in the air and 20 feet down the road. Didn't even care about the car to be honest :(

Not that one! My Zed's. In a straight line under about half power the back end started snaking like anything :D Cool! :D I know it should be easy to do in a Zed, in the wet, but this is my Zed we are talking about, normally can't pull the skin off a rice pudding, but tonight it's driving like a different car. It always does this the day before Zedworld ;) It knows... Just thought I'd share that with you...
