A question to all ZX owners;
I'm thinking of buying one of these seriously nice cars. Checked out one today locally which was a 1992 auto twin T import in silver, 68,000km. On test drive felt really good, apart from a very slight tendancy to pull to the left (tracking?).
More seriously, on opening the driver's door I noticed what appeared to be a weld running across the bottom of the door sill to the outside and down the exterior sill; another exactly the same on the passenger side. Sprayed over in both cases. Otherwise the car was in really nice condition.
So is this a normal part of the shell manufacture or something I should avoid (body cut & weld?).
Any help appeciated.
