I have a little very portable netbook, a 10 inch Compaq, love it and is perfect for my needs. My issue was slow browsing, I have tried a lot of things, cleaning registry, stopping things running in the background, etc but nothing would make the Internet Explorer pages load quicker My internet connection speed is not the best with Sky so I was cursing this every time I was waiting the 30 seconds it took to load pages, it was painful, especially ebay, the 300zx site I had no issues with. I thought I would give Google Chrome a go, some of you will already be using it I am sure and I know there are others, safari, etc. I downloaded it in 5 mins and starte…

Just a quick note for all that know my lad, Ian Jnr. He went to his Air cadets tonight/last night (it's after midnight....lol) He finishes cadets at around 21:30, we received a phone call to go and pick him up. He had passed out, literally, and went down like a sack of spuds, landing heavily on his chin, putting quite a nasty gash in it. So went and picked him up, got him home where I could take a look, and there was no way that I wasn't going to let him be seen by a doctor. So we spent a few hours in Alder Hey Childrens Hospital, where they have stitched it. Thought you guys would like to wish him well, he would be over the moon.....lol. Ch…

IT only bloody managed to find a cheaper quote than my current insurance provider. I'm speechless. Internet now has 3 uses: cars, porn AND insurance. Amazing. As a matter of interest the quote was from Admiral, with every nut and bolt declared :innocent: 726 quid - which for where I live, is probably about right - as being a car thief is now a recognised occupation in my area. Sky decided to increase my premium by 160 (to 900) quid after I declared my engine rebuild, even though the performance was pretty much unchanged. They wouldn't even agree that the value of the car had increased. :gun_bandana: How I miss the years when my car insurance actually decrea…

Hi, I was just wondering if any of our members also run a GT-R35 or know anyone who does. Reason for asking is that before I closed the business down I invested in the tooling to make silicone coolant and ancillary hoses based on the MY2009 car. I've still got about 20 kits in various colours (red, blue, black) sitting on the shelf which I'd like to shift at a heavily discounted price. So if you know anyone who would like a coolant and/or ancillary hose kit at a cracking price then please get them to contact me on dannyzaat@yahoo.co.uk. The coolant kit will fit any R35 but the ancillary kit only fits the 2009 model. Many thanks! Dan

I spent an evening last week at Prodrive's motorsport division Headquarters, and thought I'd share some pics of the sexy goodness on display. Not great quality I'm afraid - Artificial lighting and old camera phone. Aston Martin LMP1 Jenson Buttons Honda F1 Metro 6R4 Rally car Colin McRae's Impreza Rally car Prodrive P2 Concept car

Its not a Z unfortunately, but it would be nice if the 300zx had top mounted turbos! We've just bought a Peugeot 307 HDI, there are some sooty deposits around the turbo but I'm not sure where it has come from, a message flashes up saying the depollution system is faulty and I'm not sure if this could be the cause? Any ideas what it might be...? Any help would be appreciated, cheers mikey bean lol. :sweatdrop:

First time I have seen this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/H4-BI-XENON-HID-CONVERSION-KIT-NISSAN-MICRA-1992-ON-/370450764403?pt=UK_CarsParts_Vehicles_CarParts_SM&hash=item5640961273 They are selling a Bi-Xenon kit much the same as modern factory Xenon headlamps have now where a shutter is utilised to open up for main beam from the same xenon bulb used for dip beam they list a few different kits, nothing specific for the Z32 but am sure if you got the right bulb fitting it would be fine! Nice idea as long as the shutter lasts!!

I managed to sell my Vitara today for £400, It had no MOT or tax, it has been SORN for two years as it has been used to pull my boat fron the water at the water ski club. The car has never left the site which is private land since the day the sorn went on. The guy came to see the Vitara knowing it han no tax or MOT and I stated it was sorn, He bought the car and paid me £400 in cash, we were both happy with the deal. I sugested he trailered it home but he insisted he would drive it back. I reiterated the situatin regarding the MOT, tax and sorn, I then sugested he left it on site and he could pick it up any time up untill december31st. He said no and duley took it away …
