rides.300zx.co.uk http://www.300zx-mods.co.uk MTL's siite John-Boys site http://www.z32.org.uk Will be down for aproximately 24 hours, I suffered a harddrive failure on my USA server which has totally trashed the data, it is unrecoverable, I do however have a backup that is around 2 weeks old on my UK server and that wil be operational shortly. http://www.300zx.co.uk and http://www.300zx.org.uk will not be effected by this outage. Sorry for the problems, the new server has better backup and isn't running off of a 4 year old scsi drive :)

A woman meets a gorgeous man in a bar. They talk, they connect, they end up leaving together. They get back to his place, and as he shows her around his apartment, she notices that his bedroom is completely packed with sweet cuddly teddy bears. Hundreds of cute small bears on a shelf all the way along the floor, cuddly medium-sized ones on a shelf a little higher, and huge enormous bears on the top shelf along the wall. The woman is surprised that this guy would have a collection of teddy bears, especially one that's so extensive, but she decides not to mention this to him, and actually is quite impressed by his sensitive side. She turns…

Errrr! James, I think I need your help mate! Challenge 9 The Mountain Challenge - in teams of two you head off in the car to a secret mountain destination. Upon arrival one set of skis or a snowboard will be waiting for each team. The skier/snowboarder clips in and takes the fastest route back to Cortina. The driver gets on the road and does the same. The first "reunited" team back to base takes it.

Had a really poo day so went out for a quick blast in the car. The roads were deserted and it REALLY sounded good. She goes the gym and comes back all hyped up while I sit on my arse, but, hey that was a MUCH better form of exercise. I've never had a car before that I just drive it because I want to. I couldn't live without this car now. What I have been thinking though is that I could do with better brakes. What would be the best way to upgrade? What's a reasonable not-to-extortionate upgrade? I notice sometimes the car seems to be a little juddery at low speeds, not necessarily when braking, just a bit jumpy and uneaven when going slow in second. I don't think…

My last car had just got up to 100,000 miles, and I was wondering just what the life expectancy of a z engine was. Who has racked up the most miles here, or at least has bought a high-miler? I have heard people say the car gets a bit 'leggy' or tired, or whatever, but what actually happens to a high milage engine? and what can you do to repair an ancient motor? When does a z really begin to show it's age?

Just had a little trip home to Scotland (six hours each way, good going, nasty infrared cameras on the M6 tho) to pick up my new car. Got shot of the S70 Volvo (2.5, 20v auto) I had as an everyday car and picked up a Mitsubishi Galant (2.5, V6, 24v, manual). Now I thought the zed was juicy, and even the volvo was no stranger to the local Shell garage, but the mitsi is evil.lol. Though it is very brisk considering what it is. Jap petrol must be cheap as chips

Do ONE superset to failure for each bodypart, eg. triceps pressdowns (~6 reps) IMMEDIATELY followed by dips. for TRICEPS. OR leg extensions immediately folowed by leg presses/squats. Do negatives, static holds, rest pause. Train once every 4-7 days. Train as heavy as you can. Volume training is for dinosaurs. http://www.mikementzer.com
