A Scooby WRX driver mate of mine is about to order some water spray jets for spraying water onto his intercooler (seems the STi's have this as standard). There's an Australian company that they source their jets from that charge just $18 Aus. That's just the jets, of course; you need to get pipework and a reservoir bottle, plus we'd need 2 kits I guess :rolleyes: Has anybody tried water sprays, preferably fitting the reservoir in the boot ? Figured there's no room under our bonnets, and the water would be cooler if the reservoir were in the boot anyway! Guess it's got to be good for when you're stuck in traffic in the summer, if nothing else ?

Hi all A couple of weeks ago I posted a thread about a burst tyre leading to a damaged alloy. Well Dave at DT motorsport got me a nice shiny new Azev A especially made for the Zed and I had it fitted today.:) If anyone wants Azev wheels, you couldn't ring a better company tha DT motorsport in Rainham, essex. Dave knows his stuff and they are the UK importer for Azev wheels, so their prices are most probably lower then anywhere else. Top company. My local garage even sold me a Goodyear GDS3 at cost+vat:D :D Richard;)

Normally speaking I'd have more than one car, but this year I only have the Zed for work, so I'm hoping like hell we don't get any snow this year cos it'll be a bus job:( & I hate buses. I can't even get my car out of the cul-de-sac because of a steep hill. How will you get to work?

Hello. :) Does anyone have a VIN number they would like to give me? Obviously not their own car but one that gets banded around for parts searches so I can check my FAST CD for a part number?? Alternatively can someone tell me the part number for the VaG30 valve lifters? I have got a feeling that they are the same as the S13 ones, if so I'm probably going to do a GB on them from courtesy if you're interested. They are about £150 before tax and shipping for a set of 24, where as Nissan UK want £47 each!!!!!! tart very moooch. :)

Well John Dixon (95%) and I (5%) ;) fitted some of the poly bushes from the Energy Suspension Hyperflex doodah kit I got a while back. Big thanks to John for the work :) and for babysitting my wallet tonight til I pick it up tomorrow - d'oh! :D:D What did we fit...err, tension rod bushes both sides, the easy steering rack bush, front anti-roll bar bushes both sides, and front lower control arms both sides. It took most of the day including going out to buy a chisel and an angle grinder lol The effect: well my brake judder at high speeds has gone :D and generally the car feels a bit tighter and steering feels more sure. Couldn't be bothered defrosting the Zed, moving it, then defrosting my other car, getting it out of the drive, then putting the Z back in... ...so it was out in slippery -4 in the Z...no wobblies either, quite surprised!
