HI all, Another couple of jobs done on the Zed today. Was going to look at my balance bar when I noticed that I had more meat on my credit card than on my rear brake pads. So a quick call followed shortly by a trip to SE Nisstek to get some replacement pads (yes I was there for only 20 mins shock!!). Why is it when ever you get a decent race on your hands something always goes wrong on your car. Bloomin connector on 1 spark plug keeps popping off and end up running on 5. This time was up for it with a Evo7, couple of weeks ago nice Supra. Must fix this little problem at weekend as sure could have taken them both. :dance:

Had cause to remove the rear spoiler on the Z. It was rotting away and had lost most of its paint so it was time for a new one. I chose a new Stillen number which stands on pedistals so it was off with the old. After removing the bolts and gently sliding a thin blade all the way under as carefuly as posible I eased the six fixing clips away and with much pulling and tugging it came away. Only to find that some butcher had previously extracted it with a shovel and an axe. The top of the tail gate looks like the Alpes only with no snow on them. for those of you looking for a jap import Blitz car sales has changed its name to Jap direct when i spoke to them today they physically threatened me and said they know where i live and they will sort me out so now the police are also involved in this on going dispute over a dodgy dealer

I just rang Admiral to advise them that I've changed my car to a manual gearbox and they told me that this raises the insurance group to 31 !!!! WHAT THE F**K ????!!!!!! Since when was there more than 20 groups and why does the change raise mine from a 19 to a 31 ?? Can somebody please explain this to me ? :shock:

right, insurance is a ******* on the import i've just found out, an extrea 1300 to get insured on a import to a uk twin turbo, so i'm thinking of getting a non turbo untill 7 months time when i'll have a new yea no claims and be a year older :) so what are your opinions on non turbo uk 300zx's engines good? any known problems (be around a G reg) should i steer clear? all advice appreciated and quickly please may see one tomorrow.
