Well I went to the Supra/Jap meet at Southampton today + wife in her Supra. Nice meet with tons of cars. Unfortunately Sot'on was crazy with traffic as Queen Mary on view. Car park was mad as well but all the same good stuff. We also had a good convoy down the M3 from Fleet Services with a large group of Jap cars. Geoff.

Hi all If anyone wants to upgrade their headlight bulbs, try this site: http://www.autostylin.co.uk They have H3 Osram + 30% and Phillips +30% at about £14 a pair. That is slightly dearer than Demon Tweeks, but post is free in the UK so they work out cheaper overall. The Osrams are very good, I compared them to PIAAs in my Zed and ended up leaving them in. Very good value IMO, as PIAAs are about £38 a pair. The Phillips jobbies scored best in the +30% category Auto Express tests. They do Osram & Phillips + 50% H1 for main beam at £19.50 a pair too. I picked it up on Monday lunch time, from Chorley Nissan :dance: Had a loverly drive back along the M61, M60, M62 and A1(M) + A1, drove very niceley indeed. Have been finding fault with it since though, nothing too bad, I hope, but niggly little things, as follows, Passenger central door locking doesnt work. FOS fog lamp not working. Air Con display panel not illuminating. And Ive found an oil leak from the FOS bumper, just in front of the wheel arch! :confused: I think it may be the power steering. All things that shouldnt take much to sort out, i hope. Now for a, probably dumb, question, when going round a corner, in town, and i run over a slig…

Finaly got time to post the pics of the HKS HyperGroundSystem,came as a very exstensive kit,all gold plated,all crimp tools,hex keys,brackets included,the system can be fitted 3 different ways depending on how much room you have at the battery,i decided to use the circle plate set up,it has a offset connection for the battery earth terminal underneath,the circle plate then goes into its own conector thats bolted up same as if you were conecting earth cable to battery,connected wires to suspension top,body,plenum x2,hicas unit,depending on how much cable left i will put one on lower engine block,and on auto box casing. Just a thought, but what has happened to Kent Terry of Jap City? Wasn't he a trader here once?:confused: Only asking, coz after Craig David was picking our brains about that 1999 N/A for £11k I was going to suggest he contact Jap City to see what kind of TT he would get? I met Kent when I was looking for a Zed around March last year. He seemed a decent guy and had some top cars, real good quality ones. Unfortunatley he only had one Zed back then and i didn't like the pearl white when I saw it in the flesh (sorry Kent). I'm surprised he has disappeared:confused: Richard:)

I'm thinking of getting a S/S exhaust from Pipecraft in Basildon, as his prices are excellent. (Cat-back S/S system with twin 4" or 5" tails = £320 :D ) I was wondering if anyone on here has had any dealings with them? I think they mainly specialise in exhausts for classic yank tanks, and the reports I've read on some yank-tank sites seem to rate them pretty highly, but I thought I'd check for horror stories on here first.
