I've done a search on these and there has been some discussion in the past but nothing definate. I'm looking to get either one of these systems, the Road Angel now comes with the laser detector system, the display screen seems slightly more usful on the B2. Anyone got sensible pros and cons for me? Recomendations etc..? They both seem to be about £400 give or take a pack of peanuts.

Bucking the current trend of people selling I know, but my heart has overuled my head (with threats) and Its staying. :) It may be off the road for some time whilst I try and climb out of the money pit the car generated, forcing me down the route of a £300 car. But I suppose I can feel a lot easier about it when I know that someday, it will be back. Oh yes. ;) And I have my plans for it as well.... ;)

Hi all, As you probably know I had an unfortunate accident with my car a week last Thursday. As an update, I wish to tell you that my car has indeed been written off :( On the plus side I got one over on that bloody farmer!!! He can't claim anymore than the £200 he wanted me to pay him.. :D That'll teach him!! Of course (for the time being) I will have to move away from the Zed scene as I cannot afford to insure one this year now :cry: I suppose at least some of you will benefit as I am selling parts from my car.. Having tried patches, gum and crawling up the walls and biting everyones head off + almost killing a cheeky git who push in at the garage. I couldn't manage to give up smoking. Having smoked from the grand old age of 11 (boy I thought I was hard. What a nob head) I realised for my own sake I got to quit. I tried all sorts and never been able. Just watching a vid of super cars by martin brundle last night and the F40 got me thinking, it only has 460bhp (or there abouts) and makes over 200mph top end, i know it only weighs 1100kg but just got me thinking, i think i could have made v close to 180 in my rx7 which wasn't stock.. but not running properly so had about stock power at time i went for it. (got 160 easy before girlfriend told me to slow down) So, what does the TT do in stock form? Anyone done near 180 (on a private track of course) or what do these do? with a little tuning can these reach near 200mark? let us know :D Matt

Driving home Wednesday night last week and had my first truly scary moment in the Zed. Not 5 minutes from home, doing 50 on a (thankfully) deserted road and hit a patch of ice. Completely lose the back end, madly swerving all over the road desperately trying to get her back in line. Someone must've been looking out for me as I managed to straighten her up without hitting anything...Really shook me up though as I'm all too aware that if someone had been coming down the otherside of the road I'd have been in serious trouble. Anyway, this finally gave me the wake up call to chuck out my sh1tty Jap compounds and get some decent rubber and today my Toyo Proxes T1-S's arrived…

Hi all Just thought I'd tell you about my main beam upgrade. I fitted a pair of Osram Silverstar H1s and they are fekking excellent :cool: Drove down my road (no streetlamps) tonight, flicked them on and...... .........they shone like daylight before my eyes. They were £19.50 from: http://www.autostylin.co.uk They don't charge for delivery and they also have Phillips +30% H3s for £14.50 (They were best +30% in auto express tests) Richard :D

Well, the winter weather finally tried to Kill my Zed lastnight! My sis was driving me and my girlfriend home from the pub (we were pished, she wasn't) when we hit black-ice at about 70mph, fishtailed left and right a bit then slammed into a metal barrier. The rear quarter is now shaped like mashed potato and the bumper, light cluster and mounting bar are beyond repair. We were all well belted in and no-one was even bruised , thank god!!!! But I now need to find a rear bumper (uk spec if possible), the aluminium mounting bar and a passenger side rear light cluster (or both rear lights if you don't wanna separate). If anyone has any of these parts, plea…

Any gadget freaks help me on this one? I am looking for an Mps hard drive system for the house. Got ones for the car but want something that has a video output i can link to a small screen so i can see whats playing. I have an Mstation i use but the display isn`t big enough.
