Why not get some printable 300zx.co.uk flyers up on the site so when we see a 300 parked up without the 300zx.co.uk sticker in the window we can slap a flyer under the wiper blades!! Something like 300zx.co.uk Expert Technical Advice Specialist Traders Forum Trader Discounts for parts for Subscribed Members Hilarious arguments between oposing "cliques" ;) Get some more bums on seats! :) (just an idea, dont flame me if it sucks)

Has anybody ever taken thier Zed to a track day? where did you go? I know the Zed isnt really that great on the bends but racing round a track (to me anyway) is more fun than blasting up a drag strip! (not that you wont see me down the pod when my car is finished!!!) I'd imagine I'll spend most of the day being made to look silly by Lotus Elise drivers etc. but I'm gonna give it a bash at some point.

I still have a few people interested in the car but if things come to the worst, I will be breaking her. If it comes to that, would there be anyone interested in an engine or gear box. The reason I am ansking at this stage is because, if there is, I would like to prove that they are in good working order before I start pulling other parts off the car like starter motors or alternators? Would be looking for £800 for the engine and around £650 for the gearbox and clutch.

Moving house soon, so I thought I'd get a quote from a removal company and it was £500!! I live in a smallish 3 bed house and am moving approx 2 miles, does this seem a lot or is this much normal?? (Always moved myself before, but now have all of Clare's stuff so need BIG lorry) Anyone know of any reliable & cheap removal companies?

Just had a good old rummage under the bonnet of my mates 3000gt, was surpirsed to see that the turbos were flipping tiny little midget things, dunno if anybody else here has had a chance to see one of these cars. Please tell me my stock tubs arent this weedy! seem to recall having a larger unit on all my previous tub cars (silvia, rover, sierra cossie) ..... Also spotted he had an HKS BOV on there, "wheres the other one" I asked, nope only the one?? both tubs lead to a Y pipe and a single throttle body, not being an engineering genuis (more of an engineering retard) I always thought a v6 would have two?!?!?! one either side of the V? seems an interesting way …

It's a few days off having the zed for a year. It is the best car I have ever had and I always feel great driving it. I remember asking over a year ago for buying advice and having the inevitable TT/NA worrying. I have really enjoyed my NA, and although I *still* want a TT, I think I made the right choice in the end- nice clean motor, well-looked after etc. So, I'll be sending off my subscription and hoping for another year of relatively problem-free driving. I have done 16,000 miles in the car in one year. Used it practically every day. God knows how much I have spent on Super Unleaded, but it's worth it! Minorly pranged it, but got it looking better than befor…

Just bought Banzai magazine and had a look at the feature on JAE. Six pages and not a single pic of a 300. WTF??? There were some stunning zeds there and the 300zx.co.uk stand was mighty impressive. Also remember wez pointing out, that amongst the hundreds of pics on the Billing website, only about 5 or 6 were of zeds. Is Japanese performance out this month? Is it any different. I only bought Banzai because there was a 300 in it, and that only happens about once a year!!

Just spent the past half hour stripping back all the electrics and drenched everything in vineger for an hour. Soaked that little lot up and bunged it on my chips and as Baggins said- Nice new gleaming connectors :) Quick dose of wd40 and bunged it all back together, then off for a burn round my usual circuit and she runs bootiful- not one missfire. Off to Harrogate now so look out for a stinky black zed bombing up the M1. And looking forward to tomorrow wandering around aimlessly looking at half naked beautys :D

I work at quite a posh place, and the IT guy running our network is a prudish old git. Our intranet picks up words like %£^*%£ and £^&"& and !£%^&*£^%!$^%"$*** and man-milk, so, if you are going to let us know about unsavoury things in links please let us know that it's going to be dubious. One girl got in !£$^%&&^% 6 months ago for this sort of thing. Then I won't look at them on my work computer, I'll wait till I get home, then I'll look at them!!! Chris :hyper:
