  5. Basically, my Z was an embarrasment. It hadn't been washed for almost 12 months, the paintwork had turned a dull pink colour. Also the back end wobbled like mad going around corners and going over bumps. It didn't go well, it didn't stop either! So I visted ex-forum member "PhilZ" at CS Wood (a place known to many North West Z owners). He put new rear discs on the rear, new pads all round, a new caliper on the front, fitted braided brake hoses all round and bled the entire system and refilled with DOT5.1. He also bled my clutch, replaced the rear HICAS arms, fixed a vacuum leak and a boost leak. A full service and MOT were also done. But for me the bes…

    Hi guys as some of you know im looking for a 300 TT manual when i get back to the uk towards the middle of september. Im quite happy to go for an import, and it seems id get more car for my money if i did, so im looking for a few decent importers that anyone could recommend.. ive looked around and feel m budget is sensable, looking at between 5000 - 8000 uk, so should sort me a decent car i think.... All suggestions welcome... also not sure what colour to go for... thinking metallic... i fancy something a bit bright... cheers for the advice guys...

    Some of you will know that I had a very unfortunate incident with a motorbike just before Christmas which I'll admit has taken a little bit of time to get over mentally, and I'm still not fully over physically. But at long last I have been paid out from my insurance and got myself another Zed, and a good one at that (thanks Rossy) :nana2: The last week it has been having an alarm fitted and also most of my old stereo that I rescued from my old zed.     just found this on my pc a pic of when i wrote my nova off i nuted the stearing wheel so hard i bent it!! got the 2 black eyes, broken finger, crushed nerve ending and damaged ligament in my knee needed 9 stiched in 2 cuts :-( the pic makes me laugh now but not at the time ;) This pic is of a m8 who went to a recent car show no suncream + car show = this!!! :hyper: :hyper:
