Yep, found it on ZCentre: http://www.zcentre.co.uk/frontbumpers/zc002a.htm. At least its almost the same, there is a pair of lights extra in the ZCentre version but they may have been filled with something on that blue car?

Where the fogs are (round ones) put some intakes in carbon fibre or something, that would make life easier
