Spoke to the guy on the phone and know the area he's lives so seems straight up and a nice bloke. He sent me some pictures of the car. I thought it was a good way of getting rid of the car. Now why is it that in every film, HERBY is rescued from a scrap heap as an abused car, then he turns into a super car. Why is it every owner chucks him on the scrap heap. Whats the underlying problem with the car. Does he eat his owners or something.

lo all i was at jae on saturday and wondered into the 300 stand area. ended up buying a guage off chris and a mate of mine drilling one of your members about owning a 300 lol (he reeeally wants a 300) saw loads of nice 300's even stock looks nice. anyways, i own a nissan primera, was on the NPOC stand on the saturday. but before i got there i was over taken by a sea of 300's... the one i still remember is the red one with the rx8 rear! looks lush!... oh and thanks for blowing my ear out with the gear change :rofl: wish i had a video, they all sounded great as they passed me!

Does anyone know of any good sites with pics of car interiors/installs? I'm in the middle of drawing up a few designs at the moment and could use a bit of inspiration! I am looking to get some sort of local meet togeather in the north London area. Just for a Beer and a chat. Pick holes in each others cars and then help fix them, you know the sort of things. Just need to sort out where and when. Already had four or five possible takers so lets make it work. Could be Monthly, or weekly, we all need to pick someone else's brain now and then. At the moment I am looking around the Finchley, Barnet area but am open to suggestions. So what have you? Chris..

I just spent 20 minutes under the bonnet and wow! it looks great. It was a little worst for wear and very dirty. It needs some serious valeting but for now I think it looks well good.

Given the choise where would you chose to immigrate? Just currious as i've just done it. Moving to Canada is the best thing I've ever done, be happy here for a few a years here and then maybee Australia? I do love the UK although lots of things about it frustrate me nowadays!! spent an hour and a half on the car after work this evenin. im no mechanic, and these things take me a lot of time! managed to drain remaining coolant and remove throttle cover smithys slam and headlight panels, Grounding kit turbo pipes rad pipes rad fan & fan clutch headlight panel front water pipes cam covers believe it or not thats good going for me!!! start on plenum removal tomorrow evening.

Well I'm goin away for a couple of weeks and I hope come back in a better frame of mind, I havent been right since I had my Kidney stone Op a month ago, I havent been on here much really and I just cant get interested in anything not even the Z. Went to the Docs last week coz I was worried that after 4 weeks I'm still p155ing blood, she said thats normal because of the damage they do while removing the stone but then informs me Ive got high blood pressure. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good quality 15" screen? Looking for something that is preferably wall mountable, with no in built speakers and that is as slimline as possible. A 14" screen would be perfect but I don't think there are many of those about unless you guys can point me in the right direction? Cheers, Leigh.
