Well since the lexus was ending up just too much money to fix I decided to go out and get alana aother car. My. Mate was selling this astra coupe turbo and let me have it for £1600. Not long had a Vxr turbo upgrade years mot so far been good. Good to have something other than the works van again Not the best taken pics I know lol

We are pulling our hair out here, so I am hoping that someone can point me in the right direction? We have just changed our internet provider to BT and despite some connection issues we are up and running an connected to the internet with a hub. My problem is that I use Thunderbird Mozilla to manage my work emails and even though I have changed the POP and SMTP settingsto those that BT suggest, I still cannot send or receive mail. One message that comes up is that the mails adresses need to be authenticated? I have trawled the net for hours now and I have tried to get help from BT which was a waste of time. Has anyone else come accross this? …

Evening all, I'm bored watching Africa on BBC 1, great programme. Whatcha all up to? Any plans for Jan? Bit of a boring month really but got lots of car/show/track stuff to look forward to this year.

Ive managed to get my old telescope back, not a very big one, but enough to see the planets and the moon with, but i want to progress and start some astrophotography, ive been looking at CCD camera's but i already have a DLSR and want to actually mount my Canon to the eye peice to get some awesome shots. Im a bit limited at the moment though, as just want to practice the basics on my small Newtonian before upgrading to something larger with a 8" mirror minimum and a motor mount for tracking while doing long exposures. My set up at the moment is a 114mm (4.5inch mirror) 1000mm focal length sky watcher telescope, with a EQ1 mount. pretty basic and not the best in t…

Having looked back over the last year, i have come to the conclusion that i need to be more active and spend less time on the computer. so Starting today, December 31st, it will be my last day on the forum for the year. i will be taking some time off, but fear not, i shall be returning in the new year on the 1st of January 2013. Poxy f*****g kids on these dam little scooters, christ it winds me up, just now at Asda, stupid parents who got their vermin kids poxy scooters for xmas, Fine go use it in the park or your garden, but why let your pond scum ride in the aisles of asda. But i had the last laugh, just as i turned out of the end of the freezer aisle, wallap!!! kids face plants the front of my trolley, bursts into tears, mum says "are you all right my little one, you should be more carefull". Heres a tricky one for you. My daughter lives and works in China. This morning she purchased a brand new Galaxy 3. Everything is in Chinese obviously ! She managed to change the language function so she has an English keyboard etc so she can set it up and use it ok. The google apps, play store where the apps for Viber etc are all stored is in Chinese. Question is, can this be changed to English or will it be Chinese permanently because it was purchased over there ? Any ideas ?:chinese: Alan............

As the title Looking to celebrate the new year in Manchester what the gf and me though was The comedy store until 9pm then either hard rock caffe or pitcher and piano for the end night There is a meal at hard rock Don't fancy being pushed around a night club so probably a nice relaxed night Bit last minuite but anyone know of a good place to end up? am i entitled to them, i earn 22k a year and shell although she isnt being payed at the moment (maternity leave) earns about 11k a year, am i entitled to child tax credits? i know i can go on the site and fill all the forms out but its a fook on and i havent got all the info with me ATM, just wondered if anyone knew if i could get it or anything bout time i tried to claim something after years of paying all this tax lol Allan
