I was a member well over 10 years ago now. I decided to join again in search for another 300ZX LWB NA . I really miss mine. I remember the Scotland club pub meets, and going to meet up with a few members down south. I had the Devon chip and oh how I miss those days. Hope to catch up. Jon

Some very valid points... however your hiding in your own blanket! I love america... and for a start have to say it like ALL other countrys around the world have its problems.... hand guns. violence.... coruption etc...... just look for a start at some of blair's party last year.. hmmmm Anyway McfookingDonalds... well its a choice... if you are saying this as a parent well you have to learn to say no to your children... tabacco is a choice as well..... and not to mention.... which dont get me started on this .. but booze! Moving on... yes america has and is very (over the top) love for its country.... why wouldnt they.... thats all children are fed in schools...... and media etc...... Its only recently that since the likes of ITV and BBC are over in america... that I quote this ( from a friend who just visited... I hate the news now.... I am glad that we no longer get a one sided view because of the bbc ) he is over the moon about this... and hopefully alot more will follow... and realise more than one side of the story! America boosts its bigger and better... apart from when it comes to technology... which it proudly hands over to japan.. but why not.. it is the wealthyist country in the world. I could go on and on.. but to be honest I will leave it with this simple and easy description of my views.... 1 I am only over here because my wife.... 2 there are too many flaws to list about america... so I wont even bother... 3 again is true for listing the flaws with the uk.. or anywhere.... I love it here in england.. it has alot of history... shame america doesnt and it is still trying to establish itself with some... and finally.... and I do mean finally... you mentioned about the IRA etc.. and 911.. well look at it this way.. america covered its eyes...ears etc.. and pretended it didnt exist... FAULT... which cant be denied... but look at brittian... well over protective... dunblane innocident and no handguns ever allowed.... Oh yeah and you will also have to be very carefull of how you adapt the gear box... putting a engine on a subframe is the easy bit.. or making the mounts to go onto say... a mr2.. but to have it so that the drive axel works... and is not in danger of ripping apart is another issue... good luck....

if your going to put it on a ferrari kit car.. then you need to ensure it is a front mounted engine area... otherwise you will end up with loads of issues if you try to mid mount or rear mount the engine itself. It can be done yes..... but there will be ALOT of work ahead of yourself.. and alot of customer fabrication.....

iif there is no warning about it sold as seen etc... than it should/could... not promising.. but it is a buyer beware market when it comes to buying second hand..... expecially if its a older car... but I have my fingers crossed for ya bud....

I will look again... thanks leg nose.. the reason for me to fix it is because I cant stand when ANY electrical item is not working.... I dont like it showing up as -86 .... I am planning on just finishing up this car then selling it on.... I cant drive it because of my back... and was planning on turning it into a drift car... or something... But my goal is to buy a boat when this is done.. to do some fishing and lobster catching when the car is gone.... so I must fix it... I am kinda a perfectionist.... (arnt we all?? lol)
